"My opinion of eStarland is mixed; the product I was looking for was out of stock so I asked to be notified when it came in, I wasn't. When it did come in and I ordered, it took 10 days just to process my order. My shipping and billing address are the same so I don't see any reason for such a long delay. On the other hand, the game I was looking for was very hard to find and the prices were outrageous everywhere else; so in spite of the long wait, I am very happy to get it and at such a good price. Also important to me is the shipping charge which was very reasonable. I live in Alaska and a lot of the time shipping is more than my order if we can get it at all! "At first I was quite pleased with estarland.com. Their trade-in prices seemed excellent. I traded in multiple older consoles and games for quite a nice price, even without all the required ac adapters. I made use of the instant credit feature which allowed me to make purchases with my trade-in credit immediately so long as I back the order with a credit card. I shipped in my trade-ins, but when they arrived I was in for quite the surprise. Three of the items I traded-in were not accepted (GBA, GBA SP, and an old SNES). The reason given for both GBA's were quote "NOT ACCEPTABLE CONDITION(POOR CONDITION)" The reason for the SNES was "NOT ACCEPTABLE CONDITION(POOR CONDITION)" Now the SNES is an old console and may have been water damaged at some point without my knowledge, but it still works just fine, I tested it before I sent it in. Both GBA work fine, and they were only slightly worn. The standard GBA was in perfect working condition with very little visible scratches, and the SP had some visible scratches on the back as well as some on the bottom from being carried in one's pocket from time to time. In total they adjusted my trade-in value by about fifty bucks, which would be fine, but I then find that unless I request my items back they will just keep them. Also I must pay return shipping for all the items. I also found during the trade-in process that most of the older cartridge games have deductions if you don't have the box and manual(most around 60%). Unless one collects who keeps a box for a cartridge game?

"Very nice trade in prices, sometimes twice what gamestop offers, they ship older games (GBA carts, Genesis carts) often wrapped in good plastic so it still feels like new.

One gripe is they don't have PC games but they make that up I guess by having old games from just about every old console out there.
Another one would be they offered a trade in bonus % a day after my stuff processed and wouldn't let me in on it but that's more like poor timing I guess.

Overall fast, good CS, they take care of their shipments, and a great alternative to crappy gamestop. "
