"Follow up excellent!! Would recomend"
"I was tickled because EXcaliberPC had the computer I wanted, and at a good price. I placed my order online, and the next day they called to verify the order. Then the computer was built to order and shipped quickly. I'll use them again!"
"Next day delivery after fraud screening, pretty quick!"
"Thank you a lot for your help. Would shop there again."
"Very professional service
Thank you for the patience of EXcaliberPC because the payment from France is not easy.
The chassis of the ASUS was badly up, but it's a detail."
"Great communication from ExcaliberPC regards my custom laptop order. Everything arrived timely and as advertised. I was more impressed than I thought I would be."
"Great customer service-would buy again"
"I reached out to EXcaliberPC.com as I was trying to purchase a new gaming desktop. I originally tried to buy it through amazon. Unfortunately, they were not allowing me to purchase the product and we went back in forth for two weeks about how to get it. I knew amazon was getting it from EXcaliberPC.com as you can see the supplier. I called after finally cancelling my order from amazon. I talked to one person and "BOOM" got the order through. I told them I had work so I could not be there to sign for the package on the day it was suppose to arrive. Instead of trying to make me purchase overnight shipping they gave it to me free! This company is pure quality from the staff to the products. I highly recommend them!

"very good. many things sent with working things"
"I will buy it at EXcaliberpc again. I´m very happy with my new laptop."
"As promised. Got here quick. "
"Sold me stuff they did not even have and wasted my time.!"
"The title of the listing on their website said "(OPEN-BOX) MSI GP73 Leopard-609 17.3" 120Hz (3ms) Full HD Gaming Laptop w/ GTX 1060 6GB (Coffee Lake Core i7-8750H) [ SKU: GP73 Leopard-609_OPEN-BOX, Qty: 1, Price: $999.00 ]". It stated nothing about it being rebuilt, re manufactured or any of that sort. Once they had me on the hook for the computer i get a call from a manager. The conversation was concerning the fact that the full description of the computers were not fully disclosed in their add and they wanted to know if i wanted to spend an extra $600 or more on a brand new one. That was a big no-no for me. I own a business and its imperative that there's a full description of the item upfront so the customer is aware. I feel this is to hook or lure costumers. In my personal option, that's just bad business.
Second thing that really grinds my gears 'till today is that the box was in no way shape or form marked as "fragile" or anything. Its a computer with a hard drive disk. They're known to fail when bumped, thrown, dropped etc. Yet when it was delivered, there it sat at the floor of the delivery truck. How is the courier or the delivery person supposed to know there's a computer in there?
You guys really need to start stepping up your game when it comes to looking out for peoples stuff. Charging the costumer for a "fragile" stamp/sticker is completely understandable. I would of paid it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately this will probably be the last time I do business with them.
By the way it also takes hours if not days for technical support to call you back!!"
"Told me two days after I ordered that I needed to call them or be called. And when I did call said I needed to verify my card some how knowing my old school email. Then said I had to use my moms Amazon account somehow."
"Very fast shipping
Fantastic product "
