They addressed everything up front, and alerted me that there would be a delay due to differences in the billing and shipping details. When they had me confirm, they hopped on a call, did the back and forth confirmation in a matter of 30 minutes, and my order shipped that day! That speaks to a quality operation.

"My laptop arrived within 2 days. It was securely packed. I wanted an ultrabook with 16 GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD. I couldn't find one anywhere, except at ExcaliberPC. They offered customization - upgrading the SSD from 512 GB to 2 TB. The price was very reasonable too. I would readily buy from them again. Their website is very informative and they offer lots of customization to suit all needs."

"As a foreign visiting US that wanted to buy a laptop, had some issues with payments (on my bank's end, not Excaliber) and this guys were plenty helpful and understanding of my ordeals.
When the whole paying for my product thing got solved, they set up my laptop (bought it with a few extras installed) in no time and sent it within a couple days (even when the page said at least 3 weekdays).

"I bought an Asus ROG Strix Scar 2 from them and even received a call before they shipped the order to see if everything was set. When I received it, the blue LED light on the ROG logo on the back panel was broken. I gave them a call and they gave me some instructions to do some troubleshooting. After that didn't work they told me that the model I had bought had been discontinued (it had a 512gb NVMe SSD), but that they could send me another model that had a 1tb HDD. They told me that they could add a 512gb NVMe SSD free of charge and it would basically be the model I had bought. They even let me keep the 1 TB HDD for the trouble. I should be receiving the laptop later this week. So with all the gifts they sent me when I bought the laptop (value of about $360) and the excellent customer service I have to give them a 5-star rating."

"I would certainly place another order with excaliburpc! Buying a high dollar item such as a PC can be nerve racking. I also had a unique case where I needed to place the order on two separate cards and It went off without a hitch. It is also nice that they have the option of Amazon pay or PayPal. One thing I did notice, from comments from other people, before making my purchase. Was that people were worried about giving their financial info over the phone, I can see why. When I called they just answered the phone, "Hello" it also threw me off guard. No worries though the gentleman on the phone knew his stuff, so it set me at ease. Thanks again guys! "

"My purchase of my system was great and smooth, they surprised me with a verification call to make sure I had actually ordered my computer and to verify where it was being shipped, etc. I appreciate the protection in this day of identity theft and online scams.
My only issue was with the extremely inflexible FedEx shipping that was used. It was shipped ground (my choice) and with a signature required (pretty standard), but I found I had no options to have it held at a FedEx location or to have the delivery altered in any way once it was shipped. Clearly for someone who works standard weekday hours that is more than difficult to be home during delivery hours. I was told i had to wait until a failed delivery attempt, then I had to figure it how to get a hold of a manager at ExcaliberPC to have THEM contact FedEx to arrange to have it held for pickup. I did eventually get my system, but later than I expected since I had to jump through so many hoops for delivery. "
