"It took them longer to process my order than it should have. When i did send them a message to ask them about this i never got a reply either. They claim to have live chat available but there never seemed to be anyone to help, and it worked instead as an email question service. They did however have much better promos going on than newegg did at the time."

"I chose to opt in for the 10 dollar express ordering service in case there were any issues and thanks to that, the person assigned to my order emailed me within the hour of an issue with my order which was then resolved with a quick phone call. I had thought because of the delay my order would not ship that same day but they somehow were able to send it out on time! "

Unfortunately, I made a mistake. I rated this sale as positive, but actually the company was not able to charge my debit card internationally and the whole process was not been completed.
