"I purchased an Asustor AS5110T, they had a special offer of free double RAM. They called me shortly after I placed my order online to tell me the RAM upgrade was only available from a different warehouse than the AS5110T would ship from and was I comfortable installing the additional RAM myself? If not, they would bring them together, install the RAM, and ship the completed order. Luckily, I am completely comfortable installing RAM so they shipped it direct and I had the system two days later."
