"I first ordered a laptop from Excalibur PC's website back in October. It was delayed a couple of times, then pushed into a window where I would be traveling so I canceled. I placed another order when I got back home, but it took days to process. Before it even shipped I found out it wouldn't arrive for nearly two weeks, and I would be gone again. I canceled that order, placed it through Amazon, and received it in three days! I was told that wasn't possible if I ordered from them directly, even though the Amazon order was fulfilled from Excalibur PC in California. Really, really strange. The only downside is I didn't get the loot box that MSI included with the limited edition laptop I ordered."

After that item shipped next day. When it arrived it was packed securely and arrived in good condition. Since it’s a Xmas present we haven’t opened it up and used it yet but I don’t for see any problems. I would do business with them again.
