"While 3 of the 4 prints I ordered were perfect. One of them had a smear on the print that was delivered. I have sent them multiple messages presently to no response more than a week after I sent the first one. Hopefully they will fix this. "

I emailed them and the response came within a couple hours. They were not confrontational in any way. The email basically said that a new image was already being printed and that it would be overnighted to me. Great company and thank you. "

"From uploading to ordering and receiving, my experience was great! The design of my print was also exceptional... however my design had a lot of bold blacks which seem to fad out upon any contact. The contact made on the print was excessive from the packaging which caused many streaks all over the print making the blacks look poor and uneven."
