"Ordered almost a month ago, couldn't get any service, nor what i ordered. Worst communication i've ever seen. They clearly stated that they sent me my order, but never gave me a tracking number (using XpressPost). They obviously don't care at all about their customers, even tho their website state otherwise.
I recommand NEVER to buy from them, i may have to use legal actions to get either my money back or the little thingies i ordered."
"Ordered items and was sent a further email that they have been shipped May 8th. Checked reference number with Canada Post and they had no listing of the number. Emailed CompuVision on May 17th requesting tracking information. Did not receive a reply. Email again on May 19th, no reply. Paid $29.90 for freight for 4 X 3.5gram tubes of Artic Siver. Today is May 24th and have not received order or a reply to email.
This company does not give any customer service at all. Paid $72.49 and have not received anything. I will be going back to my Credit Card Company when I received my bill to reverse the charges.
**Finally received a reply to my emails on May 24th. They resent the package and it arrived on May 27th. All is well but they could have avoided alot of problems by replying promptly. I won't use them again. "
"I put an order to purchase a Switech MCP-600 Pump, and some Switech Hydrx fluid. I then emailed them regarding lower shippings costs, since I live 10 minutes from their store location. It has been a week since I have ordered, and they have yet to send me a shipping number, reply any of my emails and reply my phone calls. I have already been charged on my credit card, and I'm quite unhappy with the lack of response. The site said it would be next day shipping, and will ship within 12-24 hours. I'm very disappointed."

"Well, I place a special order on the 16th of July, and was told on the 20th the details, and was made a new page to place the order.
So, I placed the order, opted for C.O.D., and the total came to 195 CAD.
So, a few weeks later (August 6th the day of item arrival) I get the item, however, the cost was off due to the box size used.... it came out to be 212 CAD....
I can't say I'm entirely pleased due to the additional charges from the box size, but I won't say I'm disatisfied. I mean, how often do companies place custom orders? I just wish I would have paid a little less for a smaller box.....
BTW, I received an emial, explaining why the extra charge, which I understand on their behalf, but I would have liked notification on this matter.

"I placed my order for a new case and a vga cooler, and the next day I received a call to verify my purchase and address. Im glad he called because i ordered the wrong vga cooler for my card, and he fixed that on the spot, and put the cooler inside the case to save me shipping costs, i was very impressed, and I received my order 2 days later in perfect condition. "Sorry that I have to go against general opinion here. The service was not timely at all! Five days from the placing of the order to an invoice being printed. Another 5 days for the order to arrive! The product was defective and another 4 days passed before I was told to send it back at my expense. I was told that the replacement modules had just arrived the same day my returned goods got to compu-vision. Yet it was another 8 days and a telephone call to find out from the Canada Post tracking information that my replacement parts had just went in the mail. A very poor experience for web shopping. As well I had to pay the shipping costs for the replacement item. I was told that I should contact the manufacturer (OCZ) for compensation. Any seller worth dealing with would either absorb that cost or obtain it from the manufacturer himself."

"He is a good guy. I bought a Abit NF7 mothboard off of him on thursday december 11th. He shipped it the next day (friday) and it came to my door on monday. I was not home so I had to go get it at the post office the next day. I picked it up today, Shipping packing was real good (Styraphone(sp?), and newspaper)
Overall I am VERY pleased with him and I will do business again. This is one of few computer stores that will do C.O.D. which is really great because not everyone has a credit card.

"ordered on oct 23 and phoned on the 25th. told it was shipped on the 24th or 25th.Got an e-mail with tracking number telling me it was shipped on the 28th.parcel arrived on Nov 4th. order was cod and final price at post office was a dollar more than price quoted on online invoice.
I will consider shopping there again but i was not overly impressed with time between order date and ship date and being told it was shipped only to find out it wasnt shipped until three days after being told it was already shipped.
The one feature that attracted me was the cod feature as i dont use credit cards and it is easier than a money order.
overall i would rate them at 6.5-7.0/10"
"This was my fifth purchase from Compuvision in the past two years and have had very little problems when ordering. A minor problem during the shippig of my fourth order occured but I received immediate feedback and assistance in regards to it. Customer support is the best I've encountered on an online shopping site. My previous purchases included a new heatsink, processor, and power supply for my computer(s) and a lot of cooling hardware, from fans, grills, screws and most recently, a Vantec rheobus. Prices are highly competetive and the deals on shipping and various items are great.
Highly recommended for your Computing and Cooling needs."
