"Item came broken and was missing a part. Talked to them for almost two weeks, and I assumed they would pay for shipping after having me waste my time looking for the cheapest shipping rate. For a $33 item they wanted me to prove I was CC owner by giving them a picture of my CC, my drivers license, my social security card, an electric and water bill with my signature. These people are stealing and selling identities. Avoid them at all cost. The few bucks extra at another place is not worth the hassle."
"Do not buy anything from this website or you will lose your money. After I read lots of bad reviews, I was still desperate for some headphones. I figured just a few dollars so the risk isn't that great. After about 2 months, the products never came. I wrote them telling them I want a refund, they respond only to play a game. They said they could only give me half of a refund but in store credit that I have to use on buying something else, or pay for half the amount I paid and they will reship. After I write to them telling them specifically what I want, they would respond with a message asking me what I would like to do. That went on for weeks! It's like they don't understand English or is playing a game.
I chose the refund of only half of the amount a paid so I can buy something else. After they applied my new order and I had to pay an extra $2 in difference, I thought that it would be done and they would just ship one of the 2 products that I never received. I get another email asking me to pay even more for a higher price shipping option.
At this point I am very aggravated that I have to talk to them back and forth for like a month of them asking me what I want to do when i tell them and then repeat the same thing. And then they keep asking for more money when I never got anything and lost money for the original order. They can't even pay a couple of bucks for shipping to cover for the other shipping option that they suggest to me. They obviously don't care about losing business. Don't make the same mistake I did, even if it's under $5, the stress of messaging them back and forth for a month is not worth it. They will not refund you if the product doesn't get to you. And by reading all the bad reviews, I believe they purposely don't ship out your products and ask you to pay again for them to ship. I will never buy anything from this website again."
