The final place the order screen failed to register I'd been through the Paypal system and therefore asked for credit card information. The third attempt proved successful but it left me feeling a bit uncertain as to whether the webpage was stable. Also, the uk billing address had some of its uppercase characters changed to lowercase. The New Jersey billing address seemed fine .

"East Coast music can improve by being clear as possible with what to expect. If they say an item is in-stock on their website, it's hard to understand why the item is delivered two weeks after the order is placed. (It is evident that the problem is not the method of shipping; we can tell when the item was actually shipped from the shipping label.) Another music online retailer processes and ship their orders rather quickly even if the "budget shipping" option is chosen. It wouldn't be as bad if East Coast would communicate even via e-mail. But I've haven't had success in getting any response to my e-mails asking for an update on a package. .... I only purchase non-time critical items from East Coast music based on my previous purchases with them."
