First and last purchase from East Coast Music

"I ordered a program, registered as a guest buyer, and selected standard ground delivery which was stated as 5-10 days. That period passed, but I patiently waited several more days thinking there might be a back order or maybe a few for processing; I wasn't in a hurry to receive it. On the 17th day (business day, mind you) I started getting a little frustrated. I tried to track it, but apparently that's only possible when you actually create an account. So I tried calling. All day their phones were busy so I finally left a message and emailed as well. I received an email saying the package was ruined by the USPS and it was reshipping. I was frustrated, but understand these things happen. Well there was certainly no concern over correcting the situation as it took another 13 days to come. That was an entire month with no attempt to alert me of the situation or apologize or anything. I consider myself a patient understanding person and unfortunate things do happen in business, but East Coast's handling of it was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from there again. "
