"I ordered music because it was cheaper than the company I normally work with. Not until after I completed the purchase did they reveal that they actually didn't have any of my product in stock, and I would need to wait. This did not make me happy because I could've ordered from my usual company and received my music the next day! "

"This company took my money for a program on sale for 150.00 for the full retail version when the academic version was priced more than that. Then they sent me an email saying it was out of stock and the publisher was out of stock so they were refunding me due to policy of not taking an order for something they don't have in stock. I knew immediately i was being lied told told them so. I Went into google and found the same 150.00 price listed only this time it goes to a different page that has both the retail and academic version on the same page, both on sale still with the academic at 159 and the retail at 254. No out of stock message. So someone screwed up inputting prices and when they realized they had an order for the price they screwed up their response was to LIE to the customer!!! They had two choices honor the price because it was their mistake which is what an honorable business would do or at the very least tell me the truth that there was a screw up and give me the real price and ask me if i still wanted it or even offer a discount off that for the issue. THEIR ISSUE"
