I placed the order online and checked out. Within an hour East Coast TVs called me to talk about the purchase and to let me know that there was a better model for just a little bit more. They also explained all their shipping methods, so I ended up upgrading to the White Glove Delivery. The White Glove Delivery includes the delivery, unbox and plug in of the TV to make sure all is good. Overall, my experience was great! I have all ready referred East Coast TVs to another client."

I bought a Sony 4k 65 inch tv and it has been awesome so far. My only complaint was that they sold me on this White glove delivery that they promised in 7 to 10 business days and it cost me an extra $50 but it took like 14 business days, so I ended up paying for a service that they did not deliver on. "I ordered a 75 inch Samsung UDHD on August 14th and it was delivered to me in Florida on August 30th. Everything about the experience was seamless. I did not receive any upsell phone calls, I merely ordered online, chose the white glove delivery service, and a few days later I received confirmation that my order was shipped. Delivery was by two guys from a medium-sized truck that was full of other large flat screen TVs being delivered that day. They brought the TV inside, unpacked it, and plugged it in. The condition and operation of the TV have been perfect. The delivery guys were polite and professional. I registered my new TV with Samsung online and it stated that it had been manufactured on 7/31. That is about as fresh a product as you can get. Overall, a perfect buying experience, especially considering the price I paid, which was considerably lower than any other retailer, including Costco and Amazon. "
"I ordered a samsung 55" on Friday, I received a call on Monday that my tv will be shipped soon. I got an email after about 10 days that my TV has been shipped. The delivery service called ahead of the delivery date and scheduled a window. The delivery guys were on time and they unboxed and let me inspect the TV before leaving.
I am really happy with the price and the service. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. "

"I attempted to purchase a brand new Samsung Ultra HD TV (Model #UN85HU8550) this past weekend. East Coast TV called my cell phone 5 times... on Labor Day... so as to "process" my order.
When I finally answered their call (I didn't recognize the # as it was toll free), the sales person on the line told me some totally over the top story about how Samsung makes two models of this television, one that's grey market where Samsung outsources the creation of the display and another where Samsung makes the display itself.
I was told that the model I supposedly bought would have an inferior picture (he used the word "cloudy - not something you want to hear when buying a 4K TV) even though the TV I bought was advertised on their website as having the same MFG # as Samsung's website.
They offered me the T901 model (huh?) for $900 more... The additional $900 was their "cost".
When I said I just wanted to stick with the TV that I originally purchased the sales person would not stop trying to get my to pay the $900 extra for this totally made up T901 model. After 30 minutes of back and forth with the sales person it became clear to me WHAT was actually going on.
East Coast TV advertises unrealistic prices online to lure you in. Once they have your information they try to strong arm you and sell you either an overpriced accessory or some other B/S. In my case some made up model TV.
After being told the $8,000 TV I was buying was going to be an inferior television to anything else sold online using the same MFG ITEM # I asked them to cancel my purchase.
I'd rather pay more money elsewhere than give these thieves and liars my business. If I were Samsung I'd take these guys to task for misrepresenting their products both online and to potential customers.
I just purchased the same set online elsewhere. It was 13% more expensive, but I'd rather not support a business that operates like this."
