"I was hesitant before ordering a TV from them, but their price even with the White Glove Delivery was so great I had to take a chance (hundreds less than amazon). They will call you and advise you to upgrade to the White Glove Delivery shipping service by AM Home Delivery (It's faster and they bring the TV in and plug it in and make sure it's working before leaving). -It's reasonable and worth the extra money. AM Home Delivery did a great job and delivered the Brand New TV with no issue.

I originally purchased the tv from abesofmaine.com and they called and said the tv i purchased was a import and had no warranty. The representative at east coast tvs told me he was just trying to up sale me and to go ahead and buy it. "East Coast Tv's had by far the best price for the Samsung plasma tv I was looking for. After purchasing the tv, a salesman called me to give a bit of a hard sell on upgrading to white glove delivery and trying to sell a Mack extended warranty. If you initially refuse, they will offer both services as a discount. The prices they are asking for both aren't out of line with other sellers. Just be prepared for the call, and if you don't want these additional services, be prepared to say no throughout the call. I did upgrade to the white glove delivery for a reasonable price, so I could schedule the time when the TV arrives, and they could verify the tv works before they leave. The TV arrived on time, looks great, has no problems, and I got it for far below other retailers were asking. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. "
"Ordered a Samsung television through East Coast TVs after a recommendation from one of my coworkers. Was concerned about getting the correct high priced item over the internet, the process of shipping and receiving in one piece and customer service. All my worries were relieved when my television arrived in 8 days from when I ordered it. I am still cautious about delivery so I purchased the white glove delivery. The delivery men placed the TV in the room I wanted it in, plugged it in and tested the TV for me. They beat the price of BestBuy and Costco by hundreds of dollars even after including the price of their "White glove" delivery"
