"You can't beat the price, it's that simple, they have the best prices I have found anywhere. That's the positives. The negatives aren't really negatives as much as annoyances, when you order you will get a phone call, or should at least (I actually had to call up to figure out why my order wasn't shipping). To start I was informed that my order couldn't ship because I didn't qualify for the shipping I selected (free) because I didn't live in the gray area on the map, well I was looking on the map and I do, when I mentioned this he said it didn't matter and if I wanted the tv to ship I had to pay for the more expensive shipping... Fine, the price was still lower than anywhere even with the added shipping... Next they also charge shipping insurance on top of now paying for the higher price shipping. This IS stated on the website but you have to do some digging and it isn't much. Lastly comes the warranty pitch, it isn't badly priced but the pitch itself and the sales staff in general are very aggressive and don't like to hear no.
Overall it isn't a terrible experience and IS a great price, just a little annoying and unnecessary."

"I initially purchased my new 65" Panasonic TV via East Coast because they were by far the cheapest on the block.
That savings though was quickly lost when I received a post purchase call from their customer service department which hustled me into their "white glove" shipping service. There was nothing really white glove about it. They brought it inside took the top of the box off and plugged in the power cord to make sure the tv came on. That was it. Then they were quickly out the door. The shipping company said they gave me a deal because they brought the tv down a set of stairs.... For the couple hundred bucks I spent on the service I expected them to fully unpack the tv and get it up on the stand. That didn't happen. Essentially I paid a couple hundred extra bucks to have them carry the boxed tv down a set of stairs. Silly.
Be careful of the upsell phone call. Just stick with your original order and don't get talked into any extra services. Especially the shipping upgrades.
Don't get the "Shipping Protection" or the White Glove shipping service."
