Clothing way too small

"I purchased two sweatshirts from Eastbay through the team store from our basketball team. The two sweatshirts I received were extremely small. Too small my kids can’t even wear them. I contacted Eastbay and was told sizes run TWO sizes too small. Well unfortunately, that’s not convenient to know AFTER I receive my apparel. They don’t accept returns on branded spirit wear. Their only suggestion was to re-purchase them again in larger sizes. I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again!"

Worst Company

"Our team order with this company was worse than disappointing. Non-responsive customer service person, Patch. Wasted months with him putting together team order, then it took this company more than 6 weeks to fulfill the order. AT OUTRAGEOUS PRICES for items and shipping. Sent us our items 2+ weeks AFTER we needed them and the shirts that arrived were 2 completely different colors. We engaged this company at the recommendation of our Athletic Director, who wants the school to be a Nike school. There are other vendors out there who are deserving of the business. Will never buy from them again and have suggested that the AD suspend other teams from working with them."

Terrible

"my brother ordered a shoe from this place and he payed for 2 day shipping bt instead these germs put my package for delivery within a week. if they only knew how bad I need my package due to doctrs orders and they did what wanted to do with it. Its been 1 week and all now I havent recieved it. Money does not grow on trees and people place certain orders because of different options given to them and his option was to choose 2 day delivery. I will ensure that this goes public because this is not fair."

Took my payment and never told me item was on backorder! 2nd time this happened!

"I had an experience 2 years ago. Ordered some sneakers and never received them after a week. When I called to check the status of my order I was told my item was on backorder. They never contacted me to inform me! When I made my purchase it was not mentioned. Same thing happened to me last week! I waited for a shoe to be released. As SOON as 10 am came and the shoe was released, I ordered it. $150 Nike's! same as before.. I called to check the status they tell me the shoe is on backorder til 8/2/2019. Again! They charged my card without saying the shoe was on backorder. HOW can it be on backorder when it was JUST released?!?!? Needless to say .. I cancelled my order and ordered the shoes from NIKE.com.. Luckily I have credit .. while i wait for my refund .. NEVER AGAIN!"

Worst service ever

"I ordered a pair of Nike slide. I never received them. When I called they claimed that the item was refused, and I’m trying to explain to this nasty person that the items were never received. So my word was worth nothing to these people. Never again will they get my money or my service. Worst service ever "

East bay is BS

"I’m sure I wrote a review for them before , but hey here a updated one ! DONT SHOP AT EASTBAY ! I took them almost 2 months to send me my shoes and when I finally got them they was the wrong size so I sent them back to get the right size it took another month for them to get the shoes I called to see how things are going they said they don’t have the size nor color so I requested for my money back they offered me store credited or a check or back on my card. The card I use was a prepaid card so I asked for a check because I don’t want to deal with there business anymore . I been waiting for 3 weeks for my check so I called them to see what’s up they tell me they cancelled the check and put it back on the card like tf ! It’s a prepaid card why tf would I keep a prepaid card for 4 months if I already used the funds . So I’m outta shoes & money . Mind you they repeatedly kept hang up in my face . Poor customer service ! If you shop with them good luck I bet I wouldn’t give them my money again ."

Beware of this store!

"I purchased gloves for my son in a Medium. These gloves came up under the "mens Under Armour gloves" search and do not say "youth". However, they sent me a youth medium gloves. My son waited a week for these, only to be let down. He needed these for his fb tournament this weekend. The first time I called customer service I waited almost 20 minutes, only to be hung up on by the rep. The 2nd time I called customer service I waited for 45 minutes while this rep told me they are out of men's medium in this glove. I asked her why they are selling them then? Anyways, they were supposed to send me a $20 gift card via email for the inconvenience, but I have yet to receive that either. Now I am stuck sending these gloves back and trying to find my son some more that he wants, which he will not have for this weekend. This customer service is horrible and I have spent way too much unnecessary time on this. I was leery about ordering from them due to their bad reviews, and am regretting it now. Beware!"

Team Store Order

"The customer service is horrible! Not to mention the time to prep and ship takes forever. It now looks like we won’t get our team orders until after the soccer season is over!!!! This is horrible!! The reason to place a team order is to get the product to wear during the sports season. I would advise NOT to order from this store!!!!"

Let’s people steal

"Some got my credit card number and fraudulently charged $95.84 worth of goods. My bank alerted me of the purchase and I called Eastbay before the item was shipped-they transferred me to their fraud dept and matters got worse! They wanted my personal information name, telephone number, and said they would call me back, which they did. They gave me a customer number and charged my debit card for the purchase. Plus they have been giving me a real runaround on each call- now stating that they have intercepted the package and when it is returned to the warehouse they will credit my account. They assisted the perpetrator in making a fraudulent purchase and now have kept my money!!!CAUTION. Scam company!!!"

Sent my junior high son a toddler size team shirt

"I ordered my son a long sleeve dri-fit team basketball shirt - an adult small. Two months later the shirt arrived and it is a YOUTH small! It looks like it would fit a 5 year old - not an 8th grader. Of course I was told that I can't exchange it, and if I would like to order another one, I have to pay full price for the shirt PLUS $40 production fee. This just became a $70 shirt. When I asked how an adult small could have been confused with a youth small, customer service told me that if my order hadn't saved correctly, then the size defaults to the smallest size. If they know this, and they know the order is for a junior high basketball team (tall teens, not kindergartners) - why did no one call to verify that I really wanted to order a toddler size shirt? You would think that a company with such a strict return policy on custom orders would have better customer service. What a waste of money!"

Poor quality products

"I just received my daughters Basketball team store order. This has to be the lowest quality product I have ever gotten from a team sale. Her long sleeve team shirt is obviously way too small. The women’s size small Is toddler size and came with black screen print on the bottom of a white shirt. The UA brand is thin and not like what you get at Scheels or Dicks Sporting Goods. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from any Eastbay team sales in the future. I have put team orders together for our HS soccer team and Swim team and have never been disappointed by the Team Store we use. They have better quality products with great prices. "
