"I purchased gloves for my son in a Medium. These gloves came up under the "mens Under Armour gloves" search and do not say "youth". However, they sent me a youth medium gloves. My son waited a week for these, only to be let down. He needed these for his fb tournament this weekend. The first time I called customer service I waited almost 20 minutes, only to be hung up on by the rep. The 2nd time I called customer service I waited for 45 minutes while this rep told me they are out of men's medium in this glove. I asked her why they are selling them then? Anyways, they were supposed to send me a $20 gift card via email for the inconvenience, but I have yet to receive that either. Now I am stuck sending these gloves back and trying to find my son some more that he wants, which he will not have for this weekend. This customer service is horrible and I have spent way too much unnecessary time on this. I was leery about ordering from them due to their bad reviews, and am regretting it now. Beware!"
