"I ordered my son a long sleeve dri-fit team basketball shirt - an adult small. Two months later the shirt arrived and it is a YOUTH small! It looks like it would fit a 5 year old - not an 8th grader. Of course I was told that I can't exchange it, and if I would like to order another one, I have to pay full price for the shirt PLUS $40 production fee. This just became a $70 shirt. When I asked how an adult small could have been confused with a youth small, customer service told me that if my order hadn't saved correctly, then the size defaults to the smallest size. If they know this, and they know the order is for a junior high basketball team (tall teens, not kindergartners) - why did no one call to verify that I really wanted to order a toddler size shirt? You would think that a company with such a strict return policy on custom orders would have better customer service. What a waste of money!"
