"In my opinion, this company sucks. They dont respond to emails, they dont process orders, all they try to do is process your CC# and get there money. There customer service is pitiful. Again in my opinion, I think they might be scam artists."

"I ordered an item from this company without full knowledge of the horror stories revealed on these pages, only to find those stories to be true. The site claims 3-5 days shipping. No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. One week later and no response from anyone, no product in the mail. STAY AWAY from these poeple. I have submitted their fraud practises to my attorney, and to the local Attorney General. Hopefully to save others by requesting the immediate removal from the web for the purpose of fraud."

"ordered on 12/28/02 never got a response. emailed them on 1/2/03 and they finally responded and said that they were closed. called them on 1/3/03 and they said that it would ship next week so i told them if that was the earliest that they could ship to cancel my order she cancelled it . well today 1/7/03 my card got charged so i called them again and the guy said that it would get credited today. well guess what NO credit and i have a bounce check fee now because of it and i had told them about it and told them if any bouce because of this that i am holding them responsible. do yourself a favor do NOT order from this so called company i think they need to be turned into the BBB for fraud. well here it is the 8th and called them again and NOW the credit was issued today (still haven't seen it in my account tho)already got a NSF fee on my account because of this. PLEASE do yourself a favor if you can find the products your are looking for elsewhere DO so save yourself a headache. well guess what here on 1/10/03...... got the credit today but it was short $3.26 damn these people makin out like bandits on their mistakes...... sound like fraud ? sure does to me "

"Great company, I have ordered 3 products from them and have gotten them all. One was lost in the mail, but they send another one free of charge. It is hard to get them on the phone, but other then that they are great."

"Only *tried* to order one item from these people and that was a Matrix chip. Well it was during the period of when their shipping was really bogged down. Yet still I tried to order and they sent me an item instructing me to fax them
either my phone bill or credit card or other utility with my information on it.

This was an inconvience and yes they did this for fraud protection but still I could not be bothered to perform these actions at the time. This may as still well be used by other retailers but is not a good verification process.

I never faxed them the information and just bought a similiar product elsewhere.

"I had ordered 2 items from Easybuy, both as pre-orders. Well the expected date for them came around and still they weren't ready to ship. After a few days they finally admitted on their site that they wouldn't be able to sell one of the items. Admittedly they are letting the people that ordered that item get a replacement product at the same price, IF/WHEN that product ever shows up. I tried contacting Easybuy via their toll free number that they have on the top of their pages, and sat on hold for an hour before giving up. I have to say that left a bad taste in my mouth, I was already feeling squeemish about them, now it made me feel like they weren't reliable. I sent an email to cancel my order and received an acknowledgment of that the next day.

I also just checked their website, and the other item I ordered, one that in an Easybuy email I got on Sept. 2 said "THEY'RE HERE!", is still on back order with an ETA of 9/13 now. Glad I didn't wait for them.

"I never thought to check out www.easybuy2000.com on Reseller Ratings, and hot damn, is it a good thing I didn't!!! I had great experiences (yes, plural!) with them!

Okay, first, I ordered a PS-PC USB gamepad converter. That went smooth, and everything was great. Worked, packaged perfectly, great price, great shipping, great overall.

Second, I ordered a NeoKey SBOX plug-mod for the PS2 from them. That went without a hitch as well. Same as my first order. Everything worked perfectly, BTW.

I really, honestly don't know what these people are talking about. Since there are so many that are badmouthing this company, though, I would assume they're right. The question that still stands is why would they treat me so well, yet treat everyone else like scum?

Oh well, I got my products and am happy. I am about to order a third product as well, the Messiah modchip ^_^ Bye for now!
