I am thankful, because these past couple years plus, nothing seemed to come on time, or come at all, and even some installers did not advise us correctly. I saw the picture here that was an exact match for my original, so I opted to pay the extra $100 for peace of mind of it being an exact match. Well, it came with the handle and did not match the picture. Instant shoppers' remorse."

When I checked the FedEx tracking site it stated a label had been made but FedEx never received the parts therefore I never received the parts. When I contacted easy appliance parts I received no return communication. I had to challenge the purchase through my credit card company which investigated my claim and returned the costs incurred."

"I looked at several appliance parts replacement companies online for the above part. I purchased a home that was pretty much held together with duct tape... including my Maytag refrigerator pantry drawer. So after 2 or 3 sites, I found yours when it popped up after I entered "Pantry drawer replacement lid". The others offered a lid, but the size wasnt' right. I believe that they only had a 30", and I needed a 28" cover. So when I saw your website, I called the number on your site and spoke to a very nice lady, who checked to find out if your company had the correct size, since it wasn't listed on your parts list.
