I also paid for next-day air shipping, which would not allow me to use a PO Box. The part was not shipped out for 3 days, and they shipped it using USPS priority 2 day. They did refund me the cost of shipping after I called them, but USPS does not deliver to physical addresses in my town. I called and was laughed at by an employee and was then told there is only a 50-50 chance an item will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed after noon. False advertising. "
