"I really liked how my canvas prints turned out. I noticed that if I cropped a photo, it looks a little more "fuzzy" than the one I did not crop. There was a glitch in the discount process. I was in the process of ordering my canvas prints at the 85% off deal. Right when I hit submit, the deal was not added and I was charged a lot more than expected. I called customer service. It took awhile to get ahold of them, but when I did they were very helpful and gave me the 85% discount. They explained there was a glitch in the system because the deal was changed right as I hit submit. But my money was refunded. The shipping took a little while, but it wasn't bad at all. The canvas prints were in a sealed plastic inside of the box which I was thankful for because it had rained and the box was wet. The canvases were perfectly fine because of the sealed plastic they used! Overall my canvas prints are beautiful and I can't wait to give them away as gifts!"

"I am pleased with everything about my order except the hanging systems that were on my order did not come. I am extremely disappointed about this. Now I have to figure out a away to hang them, which would not be a big deal, if I had not included this with my order and feel sure there was a charge for them, which was not deducted, since they were not in my package. I had planned to order more prints but am not sure now. Is there any way these could be sent separately. I still have my original e-mail that shows I had this on my order.

"I received my prints, late and the images were much darker, more blurry, less detail than I submitted. Also the canvas was not completely secured...it was the most sloppily made canvas I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, my customer did not like them and neither did I."

"I'm not to sure where to start I don't know this type of business so my comments may be invalid. After waiting two an half weeks which to me was a long time again I don't know the prosess just took a long time for delivery. Then when it did arrived opening the package I was expecting to see two outstanding portraits now I know I ordered matte and from seeing other matte pictures in the family they where great and that's why I went with matte because it look so good but when I open the box I was not not to impressed exspecicaly with the 16x20 it looks dark real rough now I took it to compare it one of the family photo which is matted mine was worse I'm not going to say where they got theirs done but it look better shorter time for delivery even the the price was lower. After all that been said I went Easycanvasprints because of reviews. Bottom line is that knowing reputable company takes pride on what they do and that's what I was expecting."
"My beautiful canvases I ordered arrived on time (after they sent me another email to say they would be shipped 1 day later than promised) and the product was very well made and ready to hang on the wall!
I was worried because both pics were offset but they printed the photos exactly how I envisioned them.
They were also packaged very well to prevent any damage during shipping!

"If I didn't have confirmation issues, tracking issues, IOS issues with tracking my canvas via the web and having their customer service center confirm that IOSMobile does have issues with their web order tracking... I would've gave it 5 stars for the discount price & quality of the canvas.
However all of that didn't apply and whoever nailed the canvas to the wood frame also messed up on the hook and made it a little crooked! "
