"Twice we have ordered and received beautiful canvases from you. Unfortunately though, the packaging of these canvases was inadequate. The canvases were packaged loosely in the box and apparently slid around in transit. This caused rubbing and fading on the corners of the prints. When we took delivery of the first set we thought this was an oversight or mistake. After the second arrived in the same manor we thought this should be addressed. This fading can only be observed upon close inspection however the damage is there. With the pride you obviously take in creating such nice pieces, closer attention to detail in packaging is warranted.
