"My personal experience with edible arrangements was horrible. Honestly I have never been so upset of services provided, apparently they do not inform their customers who pay for an order to be delievered that same day that their order will not be delievered. I had ordered and paid for an arrangement to be delievered on friday the 13th the day before valentines day and they decide not to deliever because one of their drivers had a flat tire, i do understand things happen but the least they can do is inform the customer that their order will not be able to be delivered that day. The only reason i found out my order would not be delievered was because i call 7 times to see if it had been delivered it was past 9 pm. no one ever bothered to inform me my delivery would not be made after paying 13.99 for delievery, i late found out the attempted to deliver on Saturday mind you the person recieving the arrangement was no longer at work. Its blows my mind how the owners of the establisment would allow this, at least have the courtesy to email or call customers. "

"So my boyfriend called Edible Arrangements for the first time on valentines day to order me a gift we'll start off by saying the are VERY HIGH and VERY RUDE people! They wanted to get something around maybe $30 dollars mainly because they have never had It before and didn't want to spend that much on something we have never had or tried we'll the so called employee said no they only thing she could offer us was something for right at $70 dollars so they said ok so they did that they called and ordered that about 10:00 that morning and they was not allowed to pick It up until about 5:00 that day non-sense!! And the employee got very rude with my mother because we have never been there before once again so she wanted her to explain some of the Items to her that employee said we'll you would just have to look on our website In order to see what we have WE'LL first off my mother Is older and can not really see or operate a computer!! Let's just say your fruit Is pretty good don't get me wrong there but due to your rude employee we will not be returning there and we also let all of our friends know about the service! Love the fruit but I do not want to go somewhere and have to worry about someone being rude to me due to wanting to buy something FROM YOUR STORE!"

"My experience was AWFULL! I sent the Chocolate covered strawberries to my son for his 8th Birthday. They used UPS to deliver them, of course they were on a truck ALL DAY, in the TEXAS heat. UPS Letf them at the gate at the end of the drive way..so my son got a bunch of melted crud. The company says its my own fault or my problem because ups delivered them before they closed at 9pm...who does that! "

"Store in Edmond Oklahoma and corporate office is lacking customer care and service. Ordered for Brother's 50th birthday, billed, no delivery, no call as to why. Could not reach store, mailbox was full. Corporate number takes complaints and forwards them to stores where the manager has several days to resolve problem. Manager never called, called corporate and store a couple more times. Store finally offered refund and that was all. Had I not even ordered, I would have saved my time (over an hours worth of phone calls), not to mention my brother's wife waiting all day for his surprise to arrive. "

"Edible Arrangements - Rocky Hill, CT. Worst customer service i have ever encountered - really. Fruit was supposed to be delivered by noon on Mother's Day but arrived after 6PM and when it did arrive, it was in bad shape as if it had been exposed to hot air for some time. i spoke to an employee and the owner on several occasions by phone and in person but they simply dismissed my complaints and refused restitution of any kind. i really couldn't believe that they just didn't care at all and they persisted in refuting my claims that they promised delivery by noon even though the delivery man had the paper where it was plainly written "deliver by noon". They even denied being able to contact the driver to stop the delivery. Inexcusable behavior as far as my experience goes. i have ordered fruit so many times from other franchise locations and have always been satisfied - until now. There are plenty of other locations from which to order so i would look elsewhere for good product and service but be forewarned that the same owner has stores in Hartford, Middletown and New Britain as well. Just sayin'..."
