Late arrival

"I ordered a pricey edible Arrangement as a family birthday treat for a special family. By 4PM it still had not arrived, called store and it hadn’t even gone out.
I explained the recipients would be going out at five and I wanted to be called if it was not there by that time. No call to me nor recipient. The kids in family were put to bed. 8 PM doorbell rings with huge arrangement that she could only take apart to fit in fidge and no familynto see it as a bouquet and more work only to be eaten next day when there was no birthday to celebrate.
They did not call me not recipients. I regret not having sent something from another company that would arrive during the DAY!

Delivery

"I was called letting me know a delivery could not be delivered because no one was home. I was promised that someone would check to see if the delivery could be made between 9-10am, no one called. The next morning someone called and said it would be delivered between 11:00-11:30, my delivery was not made until 1:40 only after I made a call. The person sending the gift called asking had to inform them that at the time of her call no delivery was made. Poor customer service. "

Mushy Apples

"I bought 2 boxes on Father's Day with the mustaches and the Donuts the pineapples for the mustaches and the donuts where Apple's I got one dozen and a 1/2 a dozen and in both boxes the apples will rot in the people that I bought them for didn't wanna tell me because they felt bag because they knew how much money I spent on this but unfortunately never again disguising something in chocolate doesn't hide whats underneath it."

Inedible Arrangements

"I received an arrangement of fresh looking fruit. The delivery woman was very nice. One of the fruits was so hard and without flavor....I thought maybe a pear before realizing it was totally unripe, inedible mango. The next day I returned it to the store in a baggie so they could see the product. The manager was taking a complaint over the phone that didn't go too will for the customer. I was still naively thinking..show the inedible fruit, receive an apology, and receive a ripe mango replacement! Easy Peasy... but oh no... Guess what... the manager told me they have no control over the quality of their fruit. Edible Arrangements cannot guarantee edible fruit. She said it comes from corporate and they just cut it up. I guess there is no responsibility of product review at a individual store. No quality control. She said they had good ripe mangos and unripe mangos. Did she offer me one of these ripe mangos? No way. Final bad customer service was she told me that I had to take the mango I brought in out if their store...it was not allowed.. Come on, ridiculous! I threw it in theIr trash contaminating the entire store I guess and left. Never expect a quality product from the the store in Southglenn in Centennial CO."

No special orders

"My daughter ordered me 6 strawberries on 5/11, she went in on 5/12 and they could not find her order. She showed them the receipt and they said they would get it ready in 10. She waited and they came back out to say it would take 30 and for her to come back. She returned at 5pm. They couldn’t find her order again and went through the same scenario as before. They told her to come back on Sunday (Mother’s Day) and they would get it ready. Sunday she shows up and the same thing all over again. They threw some stuff together and gave it to her. It was not what she asked for and when she said that’s not what I ordered and showed the manager her receipt the manager told her “we don’t do special orders”. She could not get a refund. The workers all had attitudes and one girl complained that it was her first day. Never will I go there. "

Horrible customer service!

"They waited to deliver a birthday arrangement until 6:30 at night and of course by that time my boss wasn’t home. The store closes at 7:00 so there was no way for him to go pick it up on time. The store manager said my only option is to have him come in after his birthday and pick it up or I could get a store credit- for that store only- which is 2 hours away from my home! The most ridiculous delivery and customer service I’ve ever experienced! "

fruit was rotten,

"I received a strawberry, apple, banana and I think it was a pear (although you could not tell)fruit dipped for my birthday. It looked like it had been sitting in someones freezer for months. With the first one they sent the only thing that looked edible was a couple of strawberries the rest were very soft. After complaining and asking that my niece be reimbursed they took it upon themselves to send me another one WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This one was worse than the first. the chocolate was broken up in the box, the fruit again was rotten and it smelled. I will NEVER,NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. However when I called back the next customer service representative, Candy was extremely sweet and kind. She took care of everything. Much better than the first. PLEASE KEEP CANDY EMPLOYED. GOOD REPRESENTATIVES ARE HARD TO COME BY."

Will never step foot in that place again!

"They sold me old fruit covered in mildew. I wanted to get my husband a cute little gift. Instead I was utterly humiliated. It seemed like almost every fruit he picked up was covered in mold. They convinced me to get a bigger bouquet only to give me old nasty fruit! Thanks for a great first impression. I will never ever go back to any Edible Arrangement. The store I got it from was off of Military Drive in Delray Beach Florida. Worse location!!"

Horrible!!

"This is the third year something happens... the first time they forgot the bear... last year the arrangement mu boyfriend ordered never got me to and i had to go pick it up myself and he ordered me another arrangement today and i still dont receive it ...i called the place and who ever answered was rudeee... than i called customer service and they did not care neither... worst place ever we are for sure not ordering from here again ... "

"Washington PA McMurray the experience I had was horrible the owner completely mistreated me called me a liar they messed my order up the supervisor told me to come back and they would replace it and give me 20% off I said that be perfect I go the owner calls me a liar do I have to say anything else please do not support that store!!!!!!!"

Rotten fruit within 24 hrs

"Recieved my $100 bouquet on Valentine's day it looked beautiful, i was so excited! Wanted to make sure my fruit stayed fresh so I put the bouquet in my refrigerator after we ate some. Sadly not even a whole 24 hrs later the strawberries were mush and pineapples hard and dried out. So very disappointed I called the Woodhaven mi location where it came from and was told that they can only guarantee fruit 24 hrs. Really?! $105 to be exact and there's nothing that they could do to help. It was my first and last ediable arrangement. "

Terrible customer service

"Purchased ove $100 of chocolate berries and a valentines balloon. . Delivered on valentines day but the balloon was for an Anniversary. First called to inquire if delivery would be AM or PM. Rude customer service person answered that they did not know and hung up. the recipiente is home only at certain times of the day so I needed to know the time in order for somebody to be home. It was 25 degrees outside. The fruit would freeze if left outside.
Called again the store to inform that they had the wrong ballon. Again a very rude person answered: it is only a mix up. Come to the store to exchange it and she immediately hung up on me not giving me a chance to answer. Can you image the surprise my wife had when, on valentines day, she receives an arrangement saying happy anniversary. I am paying dearly for their mistake , since instead of a happy wife and happy day, I had to listen to a very angry wife. Stay away from them and just buy plain old red roses at the supermarket.

They wanted to cancel my kids Valentine's day present

"I ordered a Valentine's day gift for my 9 and 7 year old girls a week before and they waited until the day before it was supposed to be delivered to tell me that they can't process my order because it's not available due to limitations set by corporate. They either wanted to cancel my kids gift or process an order for something totally different. No one at store # 889 , including Tammy the manager, was concerned at all about leaving my girls without their Valentine's day present. This store and this company does not know how to manage their business and have some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I do not recommend this service to anybody for their loved ones."

Fresh!

"I ordered a large size from the Get well options. All the fruits were so fresh and sweet. I loved it but most important was that my friend loved too. They give me 20% off so my total was $68 I went to pick it up from Holbrook NY . I totally recommend this place for your fruits arrangement gifts. "
