"Purchased ove $100 of chocolate berries and a valentines balloon. . Delivered on valentines day but the balloon was for an Anniversary. First called to inquire if delivery would be AM or PM. Rude customer service person answered that they did not know and hung up. the recipiente is home only at certain times of the day so I needed to know the time in order for somebody to be home. It was 25 degrees outside. The fruit would freeze if left outside.
Called again the store to inform that they had the wrong ballon. Again a very rude person answered: it is only a mix up. Come to the store to exchange it and she immediately hung up on me not giving me a chance to answer. Can you image the surprise my wife had when, on valentines day, she receives an arrangement saying happy anniversary. I am paying dearly for their mistake , since instead of a happy wife and happy day, I had to listen to a very angry wife. Stay away from them and just buy plain old red roses at the supermarket. "
"I ordered a Valentine's day gift for my 9 and 7 year old girls a week before and they waited until the day before it was supposed to be delivered to tell me that they can't process my order because it's not available due to limitations set by corporate. They either wanted to cancel my kids gift or process an order for something totally different. No one at store # 889 , including Tammy the manager, was concerned at all about leaving my girls without their Valentine's day present. This store and this company does not know how to manage their business and have some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I do not recommend this service to anybody for their loved ones."
"I ordered a large size from the Get well options. All the fruits were so fresh and sweet. I loved it but most important was that my friend loved too. They give me 20% off so my total was $68 I went to pick it up from Holbrook NY . I totally recommend this place for your fruits arrangement gifts. "
"I was so excited to send my boyfriend a fruit gift for his birthday. That all came to an end when I found out the delivery was never made until the following day and the fruit was spoiled. I called the location the day of to make sure my order would be delivered. I was told it was out for delivery. That was a lie. The store Manager was so rude I was in disbelief. Not only to speak with the owner to find out she is just as rude and unprofessional. You will waste your money if you order from store 717 in Stuart FL address 3352 SE Federal Hwy
Please shut this location down immediately!!!"
"Great place to taste smoothies made with fresh fruits ,no additives or Frozen ingredients. Even Agave a natural sweetener is optional!!!! Excellent service by the friendly staff!!! They even offer samples of freshly dipped fruits for sampling!!! Will visit this location often. Ha I forgot to mention the store is very clean, refreshing and Inviting!!!!"
"I ordered a basket of fruit for more than $100 for my daughter's birthday. I had given them the instruction for delivery. They had left the basket of fruit on the ground at the door for long hours, without contacting my daughter to inform her. The arrangement had very poor quality and it was not even close to what we ordered.
When I called the company the customer service told me, they were very sorry and this store actually has had many complains. EdibleArrngements store in Kirkland, WA. I was told they will soon contact me to resend a fresh delivery, but they didn't. Finally, I called the store and talked to a person named Allen, with zero knowledge of customer service, who did not care at all. He said my manager comes tomorrow and basically he refused to do anything. Next day, someone called me from another store in WA and said you have to bring that basket in one hour so we can give you another one! I just complained why they did not follow the instructions on the delivery?
He said we don't have time to contact the receiver.
So, why do they ask for the instructions in their order form? Why do they ask for the receiver phone number???
What kind of service is it if you do not follow the instructions that you are asking the customer, and just leave the fruits on the ground for long hours hoping someone will pick it up? You are great in charging credit cards , but not giving even a standard service. I won't recommend this company to anyone and will warn everyone."
"Delivered by very polite delivery person.. Stupified when opening, that every fruit was hard as rocks. I am not a shy violet. Called EA locally discuss. they agreed to send another replacement gift. Which they did. And it was just as bad. Every fruit was hard as rocks. You couldn't serve it to anyone. Although this was a Christmas gift, I am planning to ask the giver to demand a refund.

"I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries as a gift on 12/22/2017. The money for this order was debited from my bank account on that same day. This order was supposed to have been delivered on 12/24/2017. Today is 12/27/2017 and no one - not the store, not Edible Arrangements - can verify where it is. Has it been delivered? Don’t know! Why? Well, it’s a busy time of year. (Really?!) A company who accepts orders knowing its ‘a busy time of year’ has an obligation to make sure they can handle all orders they accept. Obviously, Edible Arrangements cares more about making money than they do about customer service. I was also truly confounded that no one and I mean no one cared one wit about the situation. No one said, ‘Oh, my, let me check on this!” Nothing! Just excuses! I think it is interesting that I received no phone call after speaking to Edible Arrangements to complete a survey. Perhaps they knew exactly what I was going to say and stopped the call from coming to me. These types of customs are the worst business practices I have encountered in ages. Again, this company should not accept orders that they cannot assure will be delivered; they should never debit anyone’s bank account until the order has gone out for delivery (like most reputable companies - can you spell Amazon?); and, they should immediately contact the person who placed the order that a problem has been encountered. Making these calls or sending these emails should not be a problem unless they have so many issues that it would be impossible to contact all those folks. If that is the case Edible Arrangements needs to go back to the drawing board.
I am absolutely certain that no one in the halls of the VIPs will see this or even hear about it. But, I am wondering: if this happened to one of them, what would they do?
Very sad.

"Today 12/26/2017 before placing an order online I called the store in Westford MA to ensure my order was going to be delivered, ok Great, I was told between 1 pm and 3 pm, I thought great thats plenty of time since we live in Boxborough and its only about 15 minutes away, knowing my fiance had work by 3:30, anyway long story short 3 pm came and still no delivery, so I called them, I was told by Lorianne, that time is not garuntee and usually they make deliveries to customers who are farther away, which clearly doesn't make sense, so I asked for a refund because no one will be home on their time, I was told they cant refund because it's out on the truck and they didn't have fruits this morning. then I was told another hour, then another half an hour, so I told my fiance to call late at work just to see if they'll show up, it should be interesting . I will never buy from them again and will definitely be contacted corporate and the BBB as it seem poor customer service is their specialty, I asked Loriann to speak with her manager, she told me her manager wasn't around and is visiting other stores for the day, will keep you guys updated."
"I order edible arrangements all the time for other people. This time I wanted to order for myself. I put my order in Nov 9 for November 24 my birthday. I didn't receive it so I decided to call. I call the store and the tell me my address is invalid and they tried to call me and couldn't reach me on the primary number (which was two numbers on file and my name as the sender and receiver). I asked why didn't yalla call the other number or email. Then they asked if I wanted to cancel and try it again I said yes it's my birthday present to me. Still said it red flagged. The lady asked me to send copy my Id so I did. Then they tell me about fraud and to come down show it's me and wait for my order to be filled. What if I put in reservation early that's because I don't want to wait. Then I call corporate for them tell me it red flagged because the name of the receiver and sender is the same ( how is that fraud that's the same person) but when y'all called and didn't get a answer you didn't cancel the order you waited day of when I call on my birthday to cancel. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days receive my money drive 45 minutes there and back and pay again and get no type of discount and it's not my fault. Call corporate end of the day for them to say they private owned sry we can't do nothing but we give you a 10 dollar off. Who would want to deal with you after that. If you can't back your customer as a company who really runs the show. It's plenty company's that's not a franchise with a franchise name but they still have rules to follow. But not edible arrangements they let they company's do whatever and treat customers how ever. I guess your name doesn't have real meaning and you don't stand by your customers even more so when there in the right and have made other orders in the past. I wish I could pull a strike but I'm no longer support edible arrangements and I will tell others. Why mess with a company that the customer don't matter, bad business as a hole. Do not I repeat stop supporting edible arrangements."
"Great customer service!!!! Excellent product quality!!!
We walked in to pick up some arrangements, they have just moved to a different unit and the crew was still arranging the store. We were in a hurry to get some gifts to our Veterarian and his staff for taking care of our dog before he died. The crew helped us to place an order and also made this large arrangement within less than 15 minutes ."
"Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement for same day-delivery. It was 4:44 PM when I placed the order because I wasn't sure if the recipient would be home from surgery early enough so I ordered as soon as I received confirmation they were headed home. The website never indicated that same-day service would be a problem and they charged me $14.99 delivery charge. I specifically chose the store that was closest to handle the order. About 45 minutes later I get a phone call from a different store informing me that same-day delivery would not be possible because they had no more trucks available for the day. Neither location closes until 7 PM but they gave up by 5:30. I called the corporate number to complain and they just route you to the store that has your order which obviously isn't concerned with customer service. So I called back and repeatedly pressed 0 until I got a corporate agent. He looked up the information and just confirmed what the store said. At no point in time was any effort made by the stores or the corporate office to rectify the situation other than to deliver the next day. Delivery the next day is not the end of the world but it's not what I ordered and paid for and the site shouldn't have offered if it was too late in the day. A simple offer to refund the delivery charge as a gesture of good-faith for their mistake would have sufficed but that was never on the table. The lesson is not to do business with this company."
"I ordered an arrangement a week early for mothers day. On mothers day I recieved an email from edible saying the arrangement had been delivered however it jt had not been delivered. Of course the store was closed after 5:00pm and there was no one to talk to anywhere concerning my order. The next day I called the store and they said it would be delivered today. We will see. They had no explanation as to why they sent me an email saying it was delivered when it was not. Extremely poor service. I will never use these guys again."
"My son purchased a Mother's Day gift for me from Edible Arrangements. All day on Mother's Day he kept texting me to see if a package had arrived. By mid afternoon I knew he must have called them because the next time he texted me he said "It will be there shortly". It never arrived on Mother's day. It arrived at 10:30 on the Monday after Mother's Day. I mentioned to the delivery guy that it was a day late and all he did was grin. "
"I ordered the large "Cheer Me Up Bouquet - Dipped Strawberries" from the 85 West Combs Rd, Queen Creek, AZ location for $69 plus delivery. What I got, was a large sized bucket (of mostly lettuce), filled with the regular size amount of fruit, and the strawberries weren't even dipped in chocolate. I made a comparison photo of what they advertise on their website vs what I got, and if you would like to see it, just go to this URL:

Honestly, I paid around $90, and this sort of terrible quality control, shouldn't happen in this sort of industry. I would hope that I can get some sort of refund or at least have them send me what I actually ordered.
P.S. I shared this exact review on their website, but I doubt they'll actually allow it to be posted."
