"we 3 wayed a call that day to make sure wrong applications that were multiple apps were taken out and any charge refunded and that the woman on the phone from united health care made sure all were cancelled but 1 which was the last application that was filed and pending at that time. i went on vacation to come home to the pending application had been withdrawn yet again!! and not by me!!!! i really hope this goes thru considering that i believed my husband was insured since sept 1st 2019 as i was promised!! please contact me at ***-***-**** immediately! thank you in advance for your prompt response.
