"I felt like I was jumping off a cliff through this selection process. I was not comfortable at all in deciding which plan to choose. I delayed my choice as long as possible before the deadline on December 15. I didn't want to miss out on receiving the stipend guaranteed as a part of this enrollment but this whole process was confusing and intimidating. In addition, only being allowed to choose from two insurance carriers was not fair as I see it. This whole experience was not comfortable at all in a nutshell. "

"About the most frustrating thing I have ever done. If I could give negative stars, this would be a galaxy.
First, I called last night was on hold for a long time, then it said enter the number and we will call you back.
Got a call back from a lady who was very nice she took some info, put me on hold to get an agent in my area. The music came on and it said 3 minutes, after 20 it asked me to put a phone number in again and I never got a call back.
Tried to just apply today, because I am on a company plan that ends Jan 1, I put that I am insured by Blue Shield currently. It said I could not get insurance call blue shield and click you are on an individual plan currently covered, which I am not. No one at BS today.
So I called esurance, talked with a very nice woman she sent me the link to the health plan I wanted.
Went to complete, said I could not complete, because an application had already been started. Well the only people who have entered my email were both esurance employees and neither set up or gave me a password.
So I hit forgot my password, still waiting over an hour to get the new password.
Went back in and this time it set up an account and password.
Did the link to the health insurance, got to payment, but I wanted to add dental. There was no link for that. So then I had to go back and pick dental but it did not pick up the medical.
All in all, I did two apps one med one dental, and wasted almost 2 hours today, two hours yesterday, and numerous swear words and blood pressure points.
If this is your business, you would think it would be easy. I think most corporate takeovers are easier. "
