"On the phone through e-Health at 9:30 am February 28th I enrolled into Humana Medicare Advantage plan . E-Health delayed the forwarding my application for enrolment for 12 hours. Resulting in Humana not receiving my application until March 1st. Hence they would only make my plan effective April 1st.
In the meantime without beginning enroll in the plan as of March 1st I have no coverage for my $8,000 monthly cost for my prescriptions.
Secondly e-Health agent misrepresented their relationship with Humana. When I first called I ask if I was talking to Humana she replied no Humana outsourced the enrollment to e-health."

"Tried to enroll in November. Was told over the phone that I did not qualify for the plan and no need to fill out the application. Gentleman who we spoke with laughed and said that was all they had and good luck and hung up on us.

"You need to improve the user experience on your website. For example...phone numbers should be all one field or split into 3 so I can easily see I typed the right number.
I have hit continue twice to move on. No idea why but it’s annoying and slowed me down. "
