LiveChat was not something I had expected from EHealth.com - I have been a customer for 4 years. He did not seem to understand my whole customer profile and that Regence is pulling out of Individual/Family Coverage and that I and rest of the 100,000 people are going to be without coverage next year and I and rest of the Individual Market has to go shopping for a brand new Insurance. And I don't qualify for any subsidy and goverment assistance.
The fact that I wanted a SOLID re-assurance for my new insurance to be covered starting Jan. 1, 2018. I am like hello... you can't LiveChat:Rommy even do that? I am glad, I did not give up and picked up the phone and got hold of Ms. Adriana R....She even helped me assist closing the Application... I guess, you call it PURCHASED...She was very knowledgeable was able to assure me that I should hear something from Processing Dept. in 15 days...
You guys were the underwriter for my Regence of Washington - Gold Plan for just about past 4years and still is until Dec. 30, 2017 Regence even wanted me to go Direct with them and change the Insurance Underwriter/Signage over to them but, I had declined to have the Signage to be left with EHealthinsurance - - Signage person for the masses.
