"In my 30's. Just started a new job, and my employer insurance won't cover me before 90 days. eHealthInsurance simplified the process for me while I was looking last minute for a short term insurance coverage just before a bike trip.

"I had no idea what I was doing and the 24 hour service representative who helped me was absolutely awesome at 9:00 PM when I called in. Not to mention that I got an insurance plan that is better than the one I had through my old employer!"

"I kept getting referred to different folks - 5 or 6 in all. Too many. Last one was quite knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Can't say the same for others.
Trick fee at the end $45 for enrollment-never mentioned. If you don't feel that's a significant amount, please write me a check for same.
Loathe, automatic payments via my bank or credit card. Shouldn't be a qualifier, my signature is good. I resent it.
Frankly still think I'm getting hosed, waiting for the other shoe to drop.

We understand your concern, and do apologize for the inconvenience; however, the fee which can range from $10-$35 is a requirement of the insurance company, not eHealthInsurance. Any fees required by the insurance company are listed within the Plan Details on the quote page.

Insurance companies require payment information or the first month’s premium up front to ensure that if approved, you can be enrolled into the policy within a timely manner, as well as to determine which customers are genuine in applying as processing an application takes time and funds of the insurance companies.

If you need further assistance, please contact our office as any of our licensed representatives would be more than happy to assist you.

"Live Chat Service was very helpful. Any time I was in doubt about a question, I used Live Chat Service to explain it to me. Also, they were able to answer any questions I had. Excellent service.
