"Horrible!!!! I have been trying unsuccessfully for over 3 hours to sign up for this insurance. I was declined twice for health but I was accepted for Dental. However, I can't get anybody on the phone or on this darn website to help me. This is not fair. I am trying to sign up & can't. I surely hope I won't be penalized for something I have no control over. Where do I go from here? Again horrible & disgusted!"

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our phones have been abnormally busy lately due to ObamaCare and some of the recent changes. Unfortunately, we anticipate our phones and chats being busy for the remainder of the Open Enrollment Period. If you are applying on www.ehealthinsurance.com, you should be able to fill out the application online. If you are on an exchange site, we have been notified that due to volume those sites are crashing often. We recommend that if you need assistance to contact our sales department later in the evening as we are open until 9pm pacific standard time or when we first open at 5am.

"This was probably one of the best online application processes I have ever used. It was well laid out, generally very easy to understand and use and as you entered information it gave you new boxes to complete. This was a long but really good experience. I wish some other sites were like this one! Good support options also. "
