"I had a problem reinstalling software I purchased last year. Daniel experienced the same problems when he tried remotely. He surmised that my operating system had one or more corrupted files and did a reinstall of the operating system. When he started the operating system update, he said it would take almost an hour and he would call me back in one hour to see if everything was now working. As promised, he called back and I told him that the software was now installed and working perfectly. The reinstall not only solved this problem but some others as well.
His thoroughness and knowledge are to be commended. Can I give ten stars?
