"Well, i needed MS Office 2021. so i bought it, and dl'd it. But the installer was saying not compatible with my computer...but the specs you gave said it was. So, i messaged y'all back again. Carl helped me, and gave me the key to buy a lower version for $20 (not a bad deal, but y'all really should credit me that..but Daniel knew what was up and i should not have had to buy the additional. it was NOT necessary. Anyway, this is a positive review) So, i got the DL, and the same thing happened. Would not install. So, deflated i messaged back and got Daniel. he was familiar with the issue and knew that a new installer had just come out and was causing the problem. and...fixed. So, great above and beyond job. he stayed with me until the issues were resolved, and i'm happy (although y'all should still credit me the $20;) that was unnecessarily spent. lmk please.

"I had Publisher on an old computer that was dying, and needed to install it on a newer computer so I could have a reliable backup when the old one died. I messed up the install (the directions were clear, I just hadn't scrolled down far enough to see them) and called for help, convinced I would have several hours of agony to get things resolved. Joe answered my call and fixed everything promptly and completely. The community calendar is saved and I am eternally grateful!"
