"Electronic HQ was actually the forth online store that I eventiually bought my Garmin nuvi 660 from. The first store that I chosed (hear of it before) does not sell to Canada even though I have an US address that they can sent it to. The 2nd store does not allow online purchase from Canada but can take orders over the telephone. A call was made and the person immediately told me that the nuvi660 that they advertised are made in China and comes with Chinese words. For a higher price I can get the real one in English. I sounded so fishy that I turn down his offer.
The 3rd store accepted the online purchase but replied back that they can only sent the product to my credit card mailing address and not the US address that I gave them (shipping was much cheaper to a US address). The order was subsequently cancelled. My fourth attempt with Electronics HQ's for this unit was a pleasant surprise. Their online form was by far the simplest. I ordered it on a Wednesday with a 3 days delivery for $3.99 and to my surpise, it was delivered 2 days later. Their price was similar with the other 3 stores but definitely the best one to deal with. I will surely use them again for my next purchase."

"I ordered Garmin nuvi 350 and as I was told by customer service, it has latest 2008(~v9) maps eventhough website still shows as if it comes with old version(v8) maps.

"Item is exactly as shown (Garmin nuvi 350). Only thing i would recommend is not to buy it through money order. I ordered it June 28, 2007 and did not receive it until July 20th. It wasn't explained on the website that it will take so long. If i knew i would have gone with credit card. Customer service did lie to me. When i called they stated that it was mailed out on tuesday july 17, 2007 but later when i received the shipping information it stated that it was mailed out July 19th 2007. I dunno if I will still buy from this seller or not. I am still 50/50 about the decision mostly because they lied to me on the phone. The gps works great (just took a 100mi trip to Ocean city NJ)"

"Buyer Beware!! Do not buy from these people. There are multiple complaints on the BBB web site about this company. I purchased a defective product that retailed for $770.00. I called their customer service rep. to find out how to receive a replacement, only to be greeted with attitude. The customer service rep referred me to their web site to "possibly" receive further service and insisted he could not help me. I asked to speak with his manager and was told that this would not be possible and that he would not release the managers contact info either. I asked for a corporate contact number and he again told me that he could not give out that information. I hung up and researched the information without a refund or any assistance from the CSR. I will not buy here again."

"Fairly good prices (Second lowest, lowest available at the time for a Garmin C530 GPS), great customer service via automated emails, and excellent rates on shipping! I needed my GPS as soon as possible, and they made sure that it shipped out that day! The only problem I had was when I tried to call their toll-free number to check on the status of my order, it was consistently busy throughout the first half of the day. The person answering the phone was courteous, however, and I plan on doing business with them again!"
