"I have paid nearly $1,000 for a top of the line product, ZUMO 550 and a SD Card over 7 weeks ago and have not received anything; product, good customer service...nothing. E-mails go unanswered and it must be a single phone-line operation for customer service that is always busy. I requested immediate shipment via USPS priority mail and paid for same. Packing and shipping took over 10 days just from the retailer with the excuse that APO shipments only go out on Fridays so it was delayed. I was informed after the fact that an APO shipment may take up to 4 weeks and now it's been over 5 and still nothing. ehq has not began tracking actions, have not shipped replacement products. They offered no quicker means of shipment which I was more than happy to have paid for.
Note: Finally got through today; replacemnt unit now being shipped to family stateside to get to me; promised in 3 days; I'll update once/if received."
