Called EHQ on thursday.Waited 25 minutes on the line. hanged up.Called several times until someone answered and told me i should get the package on that same day.However tracking # still not providing any delivery detail.Called fedex, who told me the package wasn't delivered to them by EHQ all they did was registering a tracking # probably to make me think that the order was on the way.And to tell you also that they already collected their money and apparently i am being fooled. I am not satisfied at all.
finally 9 days later order was overnighted to me. It would have been better had they told me that the item was on back order or something, instead of making me believed it was shipped on time and that fedex driver was at fault.Price is good but shipping not liable."

"I ordered a Garmin GPS which arrived broken. This company is now giving me the runaround and keeps telling me that the email with the RMA number is on its way. I get the impression that they nay be stalling until the 30 day return period runs out. I would not order from them again. "
"This place doesn't have many items in stock. They just print out a shipping label, charge your card and try to stall you till they get the item. After 3 days of only seeing Package data transmitted to FedEx I called them up (their phone is usually busy so get ready to go on a redial rampage) and they made up a story that it got lost. All calls to FedEx said they never had any package and that they scan all packages immediately upon receipt. In any case they supposedly sent out a replacement and gave me another tracking number. Sure enough it was the same BS all over again. Stay away from these guys."
"I had the worst experience with the Customer Service Department. I spoke with this guy name Brian. He gave me false information and called me names. I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 350 and it was defective when I received it. I send in an e-mail on 1/18/07 requesting for a RMA#(return merchandise number). He said the RMA# will be sent out in 24-48 hours after I sent in my e-mail. I've waited and waited. 60 hours past. I called and spoke with Brian on 1/23/07 and he guaranteed I would receive a RMA# the same day. I waited again and still have not gotten a RMA#. I called the following day 1/24/07 and ask him about it. He started calling me names. He's just NOT a professional in his field. I've send in many e-mails and no one replied. Never send them any emial because you will not get a reply. You'll just be wasting your time.

"I just ordered 2each garmin dash mounts for both my cars. I got the shipment on time, but there were only one of the mounts, and of course I was billed for two. I am trying to call them on the phone but the line is busy, so I do not know at this time if the problem will be fixed or not since I have not talked to anybody.

"First I will credit EHQ for making things right- They overnighted my order in the end. I ordered on 1/8, on 1/11 the order showed that I had paid and the item shipped. The tracking number only showed data transmitted to FedEx. My package had gotten pushed aside and was still at the warehouse, I was told it would ship that day, 1/11, and I would get an updated email with a new tracking number. There was no new email. On 1/16 the FedEx site with the old number still showed only data transmitted. I called FedEx and they searched both the tracking number and my address, they had no package for me in their system. I called EHQ again on 1/15 and was told the package shipped on 1/9 and was due to arrive on 1/16. No package. 1/17 a new email came with a new tracking number, they had sent it overnight FedEx. The new tracking number showed the package picked up and enroute. The package arrived 1/18 and all was good. I will allow anybody a mistake, and EHQ made it right with me by overnighting the package. I do think they could have handled the situation better, but I have the item and it was the best price available ANYWHERE. "
"I ordered online on the 4th, paid for 3 day shipping then had to call and track down my order on the 11th (the site said it was in stock). My product arrived on the 16th. I was not happy that it was not shipped until I had to call. Also, I was not thrilled with the hold time when I did have to call in either. The product was exactly as they described online. Better late than never, I suppose. The guy that answers the phone sounded like he was doing the best he could, but the whole overall experience left me flat. "
"Horrible. Website said order would ship next day. Three days later it still hasn't shipped. Phone number rang busy or went into endless hold loop then hung up. Tried calling for over an hour. Wouldn't make any good-faith gesture of expedited shipping. The hassle and late shipping are definitely not worth the few pennies I saved (actualy, less than a dollar). Would not buy from here again!!!"

"Terrible experience - Ordered a TomTom510 on 10/2/06 and paid for 2 day shipping, didnt receive by the second day so I called them and was told that fedex shipped to wrong address, actually to the wrong state. When I received the product it was defective and had to send it back, at which time, it was back ordered. I have called a few times with the most recent call being placed today and was told they would issue a full credit. Well isnt that great, no phone call or email in the interim to apologize about the delay or perhaps to suggest purchasing a different gps product. Seem to have good prices, but customer service is awful!!!!"
