"I actually never received a confirmation of the order, so am using my Paypal transaction number. I ordered three things, waited for a confirmation e-mail - never received it but figured the order was on its way since my Paypal account was debited immediately. Called them a week later, since I didn't have an order number they looked up my order by name. They said it was on back order, would be in next day or two. I asked if they could send me some email confirmation of the back order or even of my initial order. Was told yes, never received email or my order, so I called again. Talked to a different person - she looked my order up by name, apologized for the problem and said she had two of the items , but the third was still on back order. I asked if I could just get a refund, I'll go to the mall and buy it for more, but at least I'd have it. She said she would send the two items out and gwet the back ordered item out as soon as it arrived in a day or two. She sent me an email, but no order number. I received two items three days later, but no word on when the back ordered item would be in. Three weeks later called again, was told I could substitute a different colored item, we'll see if it arrives.
I will never order from this company again, they are extremely incompetent and it was not worth any of the money I might have saved in the headache of chasing stuff down."
"I ordered 2 cell phone covers on January 12,2010. I was told they would be sent 8-10 days. When I did not receive them I called the company they said BOTH items were on back order. Had not been informed of that at any time prior. Would be in 2-3 days and shipped immediately. I have been told that by the EXACT same email 3 times and on the phone 3 times. Their extremely poor customer service have hung up on me anytime I have asked to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately Paypal has been contacted but all contact says it is most likely a waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have a business address on their website. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO BBB. The more complaints, the better chance of getting them closed down."
"I REALLY wish I had checked this website BEFORE I made the mistake of ordering with these incompetents.
It sounds like I have pretty much had the same experience as everyone else on this first page.
Sara was rude and either deaf or just stupid. First I said I had received the wrong item (I also haven't received the other 2 items that I ordered). She proceeded to tell me that everything was on back order and would be coming in about a week. I then asked "including the correct battery charger?", to which she replied yes. She also told me to send back this charger that I did receive and that I would have to pay the shipping. When I asked "even though YOU sent the wrong one?" she replied with a very rude "how did we send the wrong charger? Didn't you order the Samsung battery charger?". I simply told her that yes I did but I obviously received the wrong version, as it didn't fit my phone's battery. She FINALLY said she would have a return shipping label sent.
I have the same question as most everyone else: how are these people still in business. After this unpleasant conversation with someone who obviously does not value customer service, I would be surprised if any problems are ever resolved.
I didn't want to order from China, but the Chinese seller I dealt with last time sent me what I ordered and in a reasonable amount of time...."

"It appears after reading the reviews that I am the latest victim of this scam company. I placed an order on Dec 9th for a cell phone cover. Today is the 29th of Dec and I have not received the item nor have I received any further information from them regarding the item. Yet, I have already been billed via PayPal. I just called and after about 5 minutes on hold someone came on and said, You'll never guess what?? "your item is on back order" and he expects to have it next week. Yeah, fat chance!! I sure wish I had seen all of these reviews prior to ordering from these crooks. From the reviews I have read, it appears that this scam has been going on for 3 years or more. How can this happen?? This immmoral species must be put out of business as soon as possible. It is a travesty!! DO NOT ORDER anything from this company."
"Buyer beware. Ordered item that was never sent. Called Customer Service who said item was not in stock but wanted to sell me a different item. After reading these reviews I ask them to cancel my order, but never received a response. I had to get American express involved to resolve this issue. Poor customer sevice, poor company reviews, and a possible bait and switch operation. Avoid at all costs!!!"
"Buyer Beware!!! Placed this order on Monday and received no update on shipping so I called on the following Friday. They said it was going out today. Still no shipping update so, I called the following Monday and was told it's going out today. Well, it did ship and I received my package the following Friday. NOT what I ordered. Sent an email with no response for a week and filed a dispute with the Central Florida BBB and a paypal claim. Was refunded my money same day. You must take action against these people if you've not had the good fortune to read these reviews and choose NOT to buy anything from them.
Update: Response from Elite Xtreme to BBB..."we researched our records and found that the order had been canceled, therefore we refunded the money." This of course was the afternoon of my payPal claim. I wonder if they want this iPhone case back since the order was cancelled? I'm still waiting to hear from them...:-)"
"Wow!!! Reading all the reviews is EXACTLY what has happened to me. (I sure wish I would have read them before ordering) I placed an order back on August 15th, 2009 and after a month of not getting my stuff I called and was told (guess what) your stuff is on back order. I waited another 3 weeks before trying to get a hold of them again. This time I was hung up on literally 10 times before getting through to the same super rude person. When I asked for her supervisor she of course was the supervisor. I also tried to get into contact with this company via fax, email, and even on line customer support before the many phone calls today. She again tried to tell me my stuff was on backorder. I demanded my money to be refunded and then hung up on her. Well after reading these reviews it looks like I won't get my money back either so I contacted my bank and I am filing a fraudelent claim against them. This requries me to have my debit card shut down and I have to wait 7-10 days for a new one. I am so MAD right now I could just spit fire! DO NOT order ANYTHING from this scam company EVER!!!"
"I ordered a cellphone case on August 15, 09 and they charged me some 6 dollars for the shipment. It did not came in my mail in two weeks after the purchase. I called them and the person said that you should have received and email indicating a delay in shipment. I said back that I never got such an email and asked for full refund. She agreed and confirmed that I would receive the money back in 2-3 weeks. I said FINE! Now, it's October 1 and I don't see the money back in my account. I just wrote an email to the them to see if someone is responsive. If not, I will report a fraud in transaction to the PayPal.

"I ordered a phone cover from them on 9/1/09. After about two weeks I emailed them to ask if the item had been shipped. no reply yet. I emailed them again and haven't heard the first word from them yet. I opened a dispute through Paypal, but they will probably just say they've sent it and keep giving me the run around. "I am so glad I finally had the insight to check the reviews of this fraudulent operation. I became suspicious when I could not track my order, and enough time had passed that I realized something was amiss. After reading the complaints that others had, I knew that there was a pretty good chance that I would never receive the item I had ordered. I contacted the fraudulent claim department of the bank card I had used to place the order to dispute the charge that had been deducted from my account about five days after I had placed my order. I had previously sent an email to EliteXtreme, and did receive a reply that was consistent with what others had been experiencing, i.e., the item was on back order, and would be received a few days, and shipped out that day, OR, I could request a replacement item. I think I have this figured out. Sara and James have developed an elaborate website, whereby they take orders in anticipation of securing an item via eBay, or another avenue, and when they cannot, they just keep postponing shipment. If you request a refund of your money, they charge you a $20 fee. That's where they make their money. What I do not understand, is how they have been getting away with this or so long, as it appears that it's been an ongoing problem for over two years. People have filed complaints with the NY attorney general, as well as the BBB. What is it going to take to shut these dishonest people down? If anyone really knows what to do, please share this information. I hope I can recoup my loss, but it's been a hassle, as I also had to cancel my card for fear that they now have it, and could incur other charges. I do plan to pursue this, in hopes to put them out of business. I have had such good experiences ordering online, that this really is disturbing to me. I'm not even sure who will read this, but I plan on blasting them every which way I can. "

"I placed my order on 08/3/09 but had a few issues paying by my credit card. It kept saying that orders couldn't be processed at that time due to an issue with paypal. So I waited and waited and was finally able to get my credit card to go through. After I paid by my credit card I realized that my order did not go through so I went in through paypal and that time it worked. Well upon looking at my bank account I noticed that I had been double charged. I immediatly sent them an email notifying them of the double charge and my response back was their contact address. So I sent the email again and said "I think someone forgot to respond to me". In which their response was "there was slight delay in your order and it should be shipped within the next few days". So on 8/10/09 I sent another email with proof from my bank statement that I was double charged and again no response. So I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and just wait it out. Now it's 9/1/09 and I have yet to hear anything about my order. I called in and the rude customer service agent told me my order was on backorder and would be here in the next 3-5 days. I immediatly told her to cancel it. I wish I would have looked this company up before I ordered. I did file a complaint with the BBB of Central Florida and would suggest everyone else do the same. "
