"After answering my emails immediately to tell me that my order was on back-order and being very apologetic telling me it would ship by the end of the week. I decided to look the company up. Should have known I was being taken advantage of. I requested a credit to my visa card which they had know already charged. Haven't heard a word. Take advice if you haven't ordered DON'T!!!!!
I just contacted the BBB of Central FL and filed a complaint. Their online form is easy to use. Everyone should do this it may help close these people down.

"Just like everybody else didnt read reviews before buying. i pay 2nd day shipping the 17 and today is 24 my order was back order and i have to wait until next week to recive it then i read all review and just cancel who knows how long im gonna have to wait

That is just to show that I did order from this company just like everyone else and its been about a month and my stuff is still on back order. Supervisors do not help one bit and I can't get a corporate number to save my life, and their refund policy is ridiculous, they take my money out of my account 5 minutes after my order, I know cause I always check my account anytime I buy something to make sure I was charged properly and I got the whole 15 days til i could get my money back as well. When they told me that I decided to just wait and im still waiting. One thing is for sure I will never buy anything from them again.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Like others I wish i would have looked at this site before ordering. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I called after 2 weeks and was told the item was on back order and should ship by the end of the week. (sound familiar?)Still nothing came. I called again today and once again was told that the item was on back order and it would be another week or so before it ships. I requested my order be cancelled and a refund issued. I was told that it will be 15 days before i receive the credit. I paid with PayPal so i'm not sure how to dispute a charge but if i do not receive my credit i will be finding out. I work for a credit card processor so i can tell you that by charging a customer’s card prior to shipment is violating MasterCard and Visa's Rules and Regulations. The charge date and ship date must match. I read the terms in conditions on EliteXtreme's site there is a section that states :"Credit Card Chargeback’s - Processing a Chargeback is outside Elite's "Terms and Conditions". Please note that if you start, or process a chargeback against Elite, you be imposed a $20 fee against your account." This is complete and total BS!! They cannot do this. So my suggestion to you would be to contact your Credit Card Issuer and start the chargeback process ASAP. This merchant is in violation and something needs to be done to stop them. If you call your card company, they contact Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX or whoever, the particular association then contacts the merchants processor and the processor sends the merchant a violation notice. If the merchant fails to comply after so many warnings they are out! Black balled if you will, and will not be able to process credit cards with anyone ever again. Doing the type of work i do i should have been more cautious but i am only human. Good luck to you!! FYI You can dispute a charge for up to 18 months...so it isn't too late to get your money back!"

"I orderd a cell phone case on July 1st. After I didn't receive it after two weeks I called and was left on hold after the recording said the wait was one minute. After getting disconnected three times I finally spoke to someone who told me it was backordered and I would get it in two weeks. After waiting the two weeks and still not receiving it, I tried calling five times today 7/29. Got the same recording and never spoke to anyone. Complaint sent to Pay Pal. Nice money making scam. Guess I am lucky it was only $12.00. Don't buy anything from thesecrooks."

"I have not received my merchandise that I ordered and it has already been taken out of my account. I have tried contacting them by email and get no response. "Ordered from them June 30 and a few days ago I did receive half of my order, 10 days late. But still have not received the other half. They charged my credit card immediately and the website says no cancellations are allowed. I am holding now on the phone for customer service for over 10 minutes. They have an automated system telling me "You are a position #1 in the queue. Estimated time to answer is 1 minute." This has been going on for over 10 minutes. [editing this review to indicate that I was eventually disconnected from customer service without ever having been connected to a live person]"

"I orderded a simple replacement anntena thinking that it would get here in about 3-4 days. That was 3 weeks ago, same as the rest of the complaints, I cancelled my order and hope to get a refund! Elitextreme address is, 133 Concord Dr. suite 1001 Cassselberry Fl 32707

All this from State of Florida Web site www.sunbiz.org public info! Complain to pay pal they should not be transfering funds to a company that appears to be commiting fraud, I suggest contacting the State Attorney's office if you do not get a return of your money. Accumated complaints means action . Even a business out of a basement has better service than this!

"OMG! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I order two phone covers over 12 days ago and called to check the status of the order. Was told by girl #1 the covers would be shipped either the end of this week or beginning of next week. Told her I wanted my money back and she said it would take either 7-10 or 10-15 days. Told her I wanted to speak to someone else and girl #2 (Sarah) came on the line. Girl #2 had about as much enthusiasm as girl #1 and told me I would receive my money in 10-15 days or so. Told her I wanted my money right away, she said it wasn't possible and she wasn't going to argue with me, told me to have a nice day and she hung up the phone. I guess I won't see that money again. Can't someone stop them from doing business on the web???"

"Placed an order 12 June 2009 for a couple of items. Two emails for status checks were ignored between 20 and 22 June. Called 26 June for a status check and was told items were back ordered and just received that day and I would have order following Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes Wednesday comes and goes. Thursday I call and politely ask for a status check and the guy goes away for a minute comes back and says those items aren't available and they have lots of others to choose from. Well as you can expect I cut him off and asked him why I was told they shipped last Friday and I was to have them already. Naturally he couldn't explain that. Next I told him that I wanted a refund and didn't want to hear any bull crap and He stated they would need 5 business days. So I told him I would give them till next Friday 10 July to have it to me and if I didn't have it I would Call Detective Johnson of the Casselbury Police, contact State Attorney's Office in Florida, Florida Department of Consumer Services, Federal Trade Commission and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. The young guy on the phone tells me quietly that my threats don't scare them. Well I must have set a new record for getting a refund from them because not five minutes after I get off the phone with them and begin making this entry here my Email program notifies me of new mail so I go see who its from and its PayPal notifying me of a refund from EliteXtreme. I guess my threats scared them bad enough to take immediate action to refund my money. So what happened to the 5 business days they needed to refund me ehhhh.

"Should have read all these reviews. A month went by no contact or shipment of the case I ordered. I sent multiple emails no response. I finally called and received poor phone support. Long story short item was out of stock was promised to be in stock in the next couple of weeks and I should receive the case then. I'm not too hopeful. Avoid at all costs, should have read these reviews first! "
