"SCAM!!!! Long story short, I purchased two identical phone cases. One was shipped late, the other never arrived. When it was finally in-stock again, the price went up by $15. I was told I would not be sent the case I ordered because of this. I ask for a refund. I am not refunded after waiting the 7-10 business days. I ask again. Again I am not refunded. I ASK AGAIN, and again am not refunded. Finally, I call and am told my Paypal account will be credited in two days. Two weeks later I am not refunded. I CALL AGAIN, and am told that I was refunded on April 24th, though there is no account activity from EliteXtreme aside from my original payment. Today is May 7th. Not only did I not receive my refund, but the representative ARGUED with me, telling me that I HAD IN FACT RECEIVED IT, despite the fact that I was starting at my Paypal account activity for the past three months showing NOTHING from them. THANKS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ELITEXTREME!!"
"I placed an order for a cell phone protective cover on 4/3/09. My credit card was charged on 4/5/09. I checked the website link provided in my receipt e-mail. It continually showed that the item status had not changed to shipped. I sent a few e-mails requesting status, no response. I called the ***-***-**** number on 4/20/09. The gentlemen there told me that it would ship that afternoon. I called on 4/23/09 to check again because I had a feeling that all was not right in elite land. Rose told me that the item was on back order and would be shipped next week. I canceled my order. Was told that I would see a refund in 10-15 days. Yeah right. 2 days to charge my credit card and 10-15 days to credit it. Poor communications, poor performance, wasted my time, and questionable business practices. Never again."
"It's really unbelieveable how badly this company sucks! I mean, I placed my order on 4/14/2009, and I never got any tracking information. I called to find out what was going on, and they hung up on me serveral times. I paid $46.99 (weird amount) for overnight shipping, and when I finally got through to someone, he told me that the items "..might ship today...might ship tomorrow, I don't know." Then, he hung up, so I called back and some guy, who sounded like a 15-year-old kid answered, gave me a bogus tracking number, and said that if it didn't get to me by tomorrow, I'd have to take it up with the post office! So, I asked why the items weren't being shipped FedEx or UPS, and he said they don't use those carriers and hung up! I know I got ripped off with the shipping charges.
Anyway, I DO NOT recommend this company. They don't even care enough to have someone with basic grammar skills write/proofread the information on their website: If you read any of the policies or the responses in the FAQs, that'll become really clear (typos, spelling errors, lack of subject-verb agreement, etc.).
Please, please, pay the extra money and shop elsewhere. "
"Oh crap! I should have had read all the reviews before placing the order! Last week I placed an order for two products. After a couple of days not receiving an email with a tracking number I started to wonder what had happened. I checked my bank account and it showed the charge from the company. Since I work in the retail industry, I know it can take a little longer to ship. I called in on the afternoon, and the person who answered (this is after the 10 minute "1-minute wait time") said the items were going to ship on that day. This is Wednesday. He also said that I would receive it by Friday. Friday came and nothing. I called again and the person who answered said that I would receive one of the items Monday and that the second items was in backorder. However, they had it in another color and I accepted to change the color to the one available. The person said I will receive this item on Tuesday.
As I can see by the ratings, it seems that I'm not going to get my items any time soon or possibly never. The status of my order still has no tracking number, so the chances of me not getting these items just moved up to 99%
Tomorrow is Monday and I really hope I get at least 50% of my order, or else I will be ready to get a chargeback."

"I don't have an order confirmation number. All I have is my bank statement showing where they deducted money from my account, but never sent the item.
I emailed and called this company several times with the same BS excuse. The last time I called the company, someone simply hung up on me.
I don't know what is going on, but I'm really considering suing this company. The item I ordered was only $14.98, but if they're doing this to other people, then a class action law suit should be enacted against them.

"This company was terrible. Not only was I shipped one wrong part, one of my items never came at all. The item was apparently back-ordered; I checked on in many times and was told that the company could not tell me when the item would come. After a month, the company canceled the order without notifying me that the order was being cancelled. The people answering the phone were consistently unprofessional. I had to ask who I was calling because it sounded like I had called a dorm room. The first person who answered the phone (I called at least 5 times) did not have any idea what I was talking about and normally put me on hold. These were not toll free calls and I was treated like my time was not valuable. It also took 3 phone calls to get the tax credited to my account (I am with a government agency). The email responses that I received had capitalization and punctuation errors which would not be acceptable within my organization. Working with this company was unnecessarily frustrating. I highly discourage using EliteXtreme as a vendor."
"DON'T BUY FROM FROM THEM!! READ ALL REVIEWS!! They took my online order. Processed it. Charged my credit card. I did not hear from them. Did not recieve item within shipping time stated on website. Attempted to contact after 8 business days through live chat - offered on site but does not work - and email. Email reply was they were not able to find my order without certain additional info. Provided info. No response. Again attempted live chat and email. NO RESPONSE. Attempted to phone on several occasions. Ridiculous hold time with continuous recording that says "approximate wait time is 1 minute" for 10+ MINUTES. Finally got a person on the phone today. Was told there was no record of purchase. I responded that my card was charged for it and was treated VERY RUDELY. Put on hold 5 minutes. Person came back and asked me if such-and-such was the item I ordered. "I ordered a cover for my Samsung A707 Sync phone and it took 4 emails inquiring about the delivery status before I received feedback. I finally received it 17 days later and the cover looks used. Of course, you can't return anything; you can only exchange something. I had such an terrible experience with customer service that I just thought "the heck with it" and will NEVER order anything from them again. I agree with the person who said their feedback is always BACKORDER. That is what I heard to and all of the sudden when I inquired how long it would be on backorder, it suddenly shipped. If you value excellent customer service then go elsewhere. Who needs terrible customer service, especially in this economy?
I emailed the company the following, and their ONLY reply was "order was shipped 01/31". My email stated:
I did receive my order in the mail last night. Now, looking back I wish I would have researched your company further before placing my order. Had I done so, I would have read the many very dissastified customer reviews on resellerratings.com. Because I had such a terrible experience with your customer service department, I do not even want to expend the energy of exchanging it for another, newer looking cover. However, I do not plan to purchase anything further from your company and I'm also fairly certain that this email will never get past a first level CSR and I'm sure it will be deleted.
Working in a customer service oriented industry myself, I am proud to know that we were awarded the highest ranking in J.D. Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction Index Report in July, 2008, an award your company will never achieve unless a serious housecleaning is performed. Of course professionalism, value leadership and integrity should start at the top and work its way down to the lowest-level employee, so obviously there isn't much to say about your leadership, since they allow the kind of customer service I received to be your modus operandii."
