"I received this item while out of town. When I returned and discovered it was broken, I could not find repair or replacement info anywhere online. What I did manage to find was this review information. So my review is this: DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR A COMPANY THAT MAKES IT EASIER TO COMPLAIN THAN TO FIX THE ISSUE! "I ordered sight level ten days ahead of time, and two weeks later, im still waiting for the next email telling me its yet furthured delayed. Never again will i do business with Engineer supply. EVER."
"I ordered an expensive product from them because they had the best price--a couple days later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled, but it didn't explain why. I had a heck of a time getting ahold of someone in customer service because they don't answer the phones after 5pm EST or on weekends, and I live on the west coast, and have a busy work schedule. I finally managed to speak to someone, and they said the order had been canceled because my billing address was different from the shipping address... Is that SO uncommon? I was buying it as a gift and sending it to someone else! They could have at least called to verify the purchase with me, instead of cancelling it. My credit card still had a pending charge for the product, so I spoke to them and they assured me I would not be charged, and the "pending" status would go away after a couple days. I ordered the product from another vendor, and all is well. I won't try purchasing from EngineerSupply.com again."
"It's been 2 weeks and my products have not shipped yet. No indication of when they will ship either. I received this survey BEFORE I received my order....that's pretty pathetic! I would not recommend this company to anyone."
"After receiving a very shoddy swing arm lamp I immediately decided to return it. After several telephone calls every day over a period of three days I was given a RMA number, although I had to deal with a very rude person on the other end to get that far. No point in repeating the details of the many phone calls I made, or the rudeness I received in trying to get that RMA number. I will be returning the lamp after this weekend, and then will find out if I will actually receive a refund or not. Nothing this company does would surprise me now. "

"I ordered two drafting triangles, which arrived on time. These are advertised as 90 degree triangles, but neither is 90 degrees, and I need 90 degrees.
The attempt to return these is a hassle, and I am yet waiting to hear back from Engineer Supply.
Hopefully they will contact me very soon, I can get these two items returned, and change my satisfaction rating."

"I received a confirmation that my order was received and processed, but after more than a week, the package hadn't arrived and I had not received an update. I looked up the package online and found out that I had forgotten to put the business suite number into the address. UPS was holding the package. I emailed Engineer Supply to provide the update and asked them to correct the information with UPS, but they not only told me to fix the problem myself, but told me that I would be subject to their return policy if I didn't. It's poor customer service not to follow up on product deliveries. I made a mistake, but feel they should have been helpful in resolving issues, or, at the very least, not dropped the ball completely and then threatened me with fees for their lack of communication."
