"Their return policy states "If a new order of equal or greater value is not placed, the restock fee of 20% is deducted from the refund." And the buyer is responsible to ship back the product.
On our $300.00 purchase they wanted to keep $60.00 for a restocking fee plus have us resend the product which would have cost us $40-$50 because of the weight. Equating to over 35% of the cost of the item we purchased.

Beware of this seller. Unless you are absolutely certain of the product you are buying- do not chance it. To their credit someone guided me through the return process the whole way but we refuse to pay that percentage to return an item.

Having been 30 years in the industry we did our first and last transaction with this company. This is not how you take care of customers.

Tomorrow will be one week since I received the damaged item and immediately sent them photos showing the damage. The terrible: The item was shipped double-boxed, an inner and outer. The outer box was undamaged while the inner box an item were crushed on one end. Baring a miracle, that tells me the item was damaged before being shipped!
