"I had never ordered from Engineer Supply and was referred to them by a co-worker. I ordered a drafting desk from their site. The ordering process was easy & the shipping emails I received were very informative & helpful. We received the desk and I instantly thought it looked much better in appearance & quality than the ones I ordered from previous sites just from the picture on the box. Once we started to remove the pieces from the box we noticed that the desk top had a horizontal crack down the middle that was almost half of the desktop. I immediately contacted Engineer Supply and was put in contact with Angie @ Ext 108. Angie was extremely attentive and helpful to my problem and she made the process extremely easy. Though we only asked for the desktop to be replaced a whole entire new desk was sent to us. Our company has decided to donate the first desk to a local high school for their art department.
