I placed the order on January 4 because the item was " in stock", and the item has NOT shipped as of January 16. They found out it was out of stock on January 15. Almost 2 weeks after the order was placed.

Contacting their customer service has been useless because all information they gave me was wrong. I am going to cancel my order if the item is not shipped on January 19, the new estimated shipping date they gave me, and will never do business with them again. "
