"I am very disappointed in the product that you sold me. There were two different drawing board I was considering. The one I got cost twice as much as the other one which they said was made out of melamine I assume clad over particle board because we use that in our business. I did not want any particle board! When I ordered the one that I got, I asked them what it was made of. Someone went to check and they told me that it was made out of birch plywood, so I ordered that one at twice the cost since I used to have one with that description and It was great. When I got my product in, I could see right away since it had a smashed and broken corner, that it was made out of particle board covered with a thin coating of wood grained plastic or vinyl. I specifically stipulated when I made my order that I definitely did not want any particle board, that is why I opted to pay twice as much as the melamine board cost which I'm sure would be no different than what I got. The mechanism on the board I receive is crap like the board and does not travel smoothly like the board I used to own. I wish I could find that one again. I guess I need to keep looking elsewhere unless you find one made out of real quality plywood and send it to me at no charge for the inconvenience you have caused me. If you do, I will change this review to something much more favorable to EngineerSupply.com
