"Ordered two toys (16 inch Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and a T2 bobblehead). Got a $10 off coupon online and had to get something. Decent packaging, but since the Stay Puft wasn't in a box but a cardboard display, it got a little torn at the front of the display. No big deal, but filling a box with styrofoam peanuts isn't the best way to ship. If it was something more expensive, I would like much safer packaging.
Other than that, it was fast, easy, great prices, and amazing selection. The one thing I really like is they carry individuals, so you don't have to buy a box set to get one certain figure out of a particular series. Saves lots of money and hassle."
"This is a great seller! It took me a long time to find a place that sold my item at a good price (Prices varied from $16 to $26 USD.) AND shipped to Japan (Shipping cost to Japan is $20 everywhere). It's a gift, and I worried about getting it on time. I received order confirmation, order status, and notice of shipping all the same day. Then I received it much faster than expected. Only took 6 days to have it brought to my door in Japan. No, I did not pay for express delivery, and it may not be the busiest time for international shipping. Even at that, this was great and fast service and fast delivery. I've been living in Japan for several years and know fast when it happens. This seller did exactly as advertised. "Entertainment Earth has been one of my favorite online retailers. They always have the toys that I am looking for and they have them first. Their emails keep me well informed about products that are availible and those for pre-order. In my area we don't have access to products like Stikfas and EE has always been able to get me new product quickly and affordably. I actually called my best friend right after my last order and told him about the latest product and he will be placing an order on Monday. Somehow my office would be a little less festive without the Stikfas that I have purchased from Entertainment Earth. Thanks very much guys! I am glad I can do my part to support the company.

"I'm not impressed with their service and shipping of products.
The store has a very impressive choice of fun toys for kids and adults but when it came to shipping I only got one of the two items I ordered. Both were pre-ordered items. The item I didn't get does exist and I eventually had to buy the item from another vendor, KB Toys, which shipped my item within days. When I checked my Entertainment Earth shipping status it still shows the unshipped item as back ordered. I've tried to cancel the unshipped item but I get no reply from the EE store. I'm not asking for too much; I ordered the items on July 23, 2003 and it is now November 15, 2003. I would think the store would give me an update on the order and options that I could use to tell them to go ahead or cancel an order.
And with the split order I'm not sure of the charges to my credit card. All in all a frustrating company to deal with.
Update Dec. 1, 2003: I finally got part two of my order. They did email me about 1 1/2 weeks ago to tell me another batch of the item I wanted were in stock and to hurry and order. I was confused; do I order again or is EE going to complete my back order? My hesitation made the decision for me; EE was sold out of the item within an hour. I found that out when I was going to order more of the item. I gave up. A couple of days later EE emailed me to say my back order has been shipped! Sure enough, I finally got my order today. I've been waiting from July 23, 2003 until today, Dec. 1, 2003. What burns me is I could and have bought from virtually any other place, KBtoys.com, for example."
