"Done business with them many times. Very good selection and decent prices. They are very good with listing extra features, what has subtitles and what doesn't, and comparing different version of the same movie (different distributors' versions etc.). Fast shipping.
Plus, very helpful when discussing different regions and offering DVD players that will play anything. Plus, allowing customer reviews usually ends up giving more specific info on certain movies (like audio problems in Infernal Affairs III, which no other website mentions).
Overall, they get all my online import business because they are very good. You're safe here."

"Ordered two toys (16 inch Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and a T2 bobblehead). Got a $10 off coupon online and had to get something. Decent packaging, but since the Stay Puft wasn't in a box but a cardboard display, it got a little torn at the front of the display. No big deal, but filling a box with styrofoam peanuts isn't the best way to ship. If it was something more expensive, I would like much safer packaging.
Other than that, it was fast, easy, great prices, and amazing selection. The one thing I really like is they carry individuals, so you don't have to buy a box set to get one certain figure out of a particular series. Saves lots of money and hassle."
