" When I first put in my order I was confused about the 10% discount and when I called about it I thought the young man was a little rude. Instead of telling me it was plainly marked he should of said I am sorry if you misunderstood, we try to make everything as clear as we can.

"I have always used Entirely Pets because of their great prices and service. In the past when I have ordered a product I have been amazed that it has arrived about 2 days later even though my order came from across the country. Last time my order took an unusually long time to arrive. I noticed that Entirely Pets sent the order out right away but they used Fed Ex for delivery. Fed Ex is much slower than the delivery service they used before. Therefore my complaint is not with Entirely Pets--except to say that I wish they would go back to using a faster delivery service. I know this was not a fluke because every time I order from a business that uses Fed Ex it takes a long time to arrive. "
