I ordered for the first time and was very pleased that you carried the products my dog, Orion needed. After filling out the form, paying and checking out two days later I received a notice (my funds had already been removed from my checking account) stating that one of the items was on backorder and my order was being held. This made me very uncomfortable and actually irritated. You took the funds, did not give me a chance to say ship the products you have or cancel my order. Instead the company took the funds and held the order. I then wrote a strong email stating cancel my order and very quickly received a note saying they shipped. That whole experience was less than stellar; the products did come and they are just what he needed but I feel that the process is less than satisfactory. thank you for listening to my experience.
