"I have always enjoyed doing business with Entirely Pets in the past, although it had been awhile between orders this time. Apparently, since the last time I ordered, it appears they've switched shipping providers/options. In the past I always upgraded the free shipping ($4 this time to upgrade) to 2nd day, and it was delivered very efficiently and promptly 2 days later via USPS. I placed this order the same way, and have been tracking it. Apparently they now ship via FedEx, and the same delivery is promised as 2-4 days. I placed my order last Thursday. It's now Thursday again and I haven't received it. So what used to be a 2-day turnaround - with the upgraded shipping added - is now going to be at least a week. One of the best things in the past about EP was the efficiency of their shipping. Very disappointed, as I continue to wait...."
